J-Cut 9187 was specifically developed for Swiss type high performance screw machines. The low viscosity of J-Cut 9187 allows it to effectively penetrate between the tool and work piece interface providing excellent surface finishes and tool life. This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless as well as carbon steel.

ASTRO-DRAW SYN FP is a heavy-duty, synthetic, oil-free, drawing, forming, and stamping fluid incorporating a blend of boundary and EP lubrication additives, in a water-extendable package. It is a versatile drawing and stamping fluid that can be used neat or diluted with water. This product may be used on ferrous or non-ferrous metals. The film remaining after forming operations can be easily removed with water or an alkaline cleaner.

FBO 67LG is a heavy duty oil developed for fine blanking heavy gage steel and stainless steel alloys. The combination of boundary lubrication and extreme pressure additives extends die life and provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. The low density of FBO 67LG allows it to work well with oil/water separators that are connected washer systems. The product is easily removed with alkaline and mildly alkaline cleaners

ASTRO-SOL N is a soluble oil concentrate designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. When diluted, this product appears as an opaque liquid and when concentrated, it is dark amber in color.

ASTRO-SOL C HD is an extreme-duty soluble oil concentrate designed for the most demanding machining operations where controlled foam and cleanliness are required. The unique combination of chlorinated extreme pressure additive, modern boundary lubricants, and a controlled-foam emulsifier package brings outstanding performance to the most severe applications. This product is formulated with a high level of stabilized chlorinated EP additive using a synthetic emulsification platform that is very stable and exceptionally low foaming.

Cutrite 2100 is a semi-synthetic fluid for light to moderate duty machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Cutrite 2100’s emulsifier system is designed to remain stable even in very hard water and yet properly balanced to minimize foam in softer water. Cutrite 2100 is a clean product that provides dependable rancidity control when used in machining centers with individual sumps.

ASTRO-CUT SYN RP is a heavy-duty, oil-free, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed to offer good lubricity and excellent corrosion control on machinery and workpieces while providing a long sump life. The incorporation of a unique package of synergistic components and enhanced additive technology enables ASTRO-CUT SYN RP to provide extended biological stability and corrosion resistance in the working fluid. This product may be used on a variety of metals, including steel, cast iron, and aluminum in operations ranging from grinding to turning to milling.

Vuldra 6412 is a water soluble drawing and stamping fluid designed for use in a wide range of stamping and drawing applications including deep draws and light to heavy duty stamping and drawing operations. The unique combination of boundary lubrication and non-chlorinated extreme pressure additives provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. Vuldra 6412 is a clean running product that is easily removed by both mildly alkaline and alkaline cleaners.

DuraSyn Grind is a chlorine-free, high performance grinding oil based on synthetic base oil. It provides a consistent level of grinding performance as well as ensuring excellent wetting, lubrication and cooling. DuraSyn Grind is highly effective for grinding tooling made from tungsten carbide, high speed steel, ceramics, CBN and other materials as wells as parts made from hardened steels, stainless steel and exotic metals with no surface cracking.

Vuldra 4915 is a heavy duty oil formulated for extrusion, deep drawing, fine blanking and difficult stamping operations on stainless steel, low carbon steel and exotic alloys. Parts are left clean with no varnishing even under high heat operations.

Cutrite 3399 is a high performance micro-emulsion metalworking fluid for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. It is ideally suited for manufacturing plants desiring a single fluid to perform well on a variety of metals and operations. The use of innovative technology allows Cutrite 3399 to provide excellent sump life while the reliable, low maintenance make it an ideal choice for individual sumps and central systems applications.

J-Cut 4560 is a high performance cutting oil designed for mist and spray lubricators. The non-chlorinated lubricants provide excellent surface finishes on even the most difficult metals without staining.

MONROE DRAW 400 EP is a heavy-duty, high EP neat drawing oil. It has been formulated for use on fine blanking operations, and heavy drawing applications and has excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties. This product is a complex blend of extreme pressure additives petroleum oil and rust inhibitors. It can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

ASTRO-CUT HD XBP is a heavy-duty, biostable, semi-synthetic, high-pressure metalworking coolant. It combines the superior chemical flexibility of synthetics with mineral oil and a chlorinated extreme-pressure additive. This product has exceptional foam control, hard water stability, and tramp oil rejection. It provides outstanding extreme-pressure lubricity for machining and grinding virtually all metals, particularly aluminum, stainless steel, and other hard-to-machine alloys. This product is not recommended for use on magnesium and it does not contain DCHA.

Vulgrind 7410 is a chlorine-free high performance grinding oil based on specially selected, thermally stable base oils. This allows Vulgrind 7410 to provide a consistent level of grinding performance as well as ensuring excellent wetting, lubrication and cooling.

ASTRO-CUT BCL LF is a low foam, heavy-duty, biostable, semi-synthetic, general-purpose metalworking coolant containing approximately 20% mineral oil. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion that offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, very low foaming, and superior cooling. It is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals, except magnesium, and contains chlorine as an extreme pressure additive for greater lubricity.

Honing Oil 8579 is a low viscosity neat cutting oil designed for honing and superfinishing of ferrous metals.

ASTRO-SAW A is a state-of-the-art heavy-duty, oil-free coolant concentrate designed to replace soluble oil in the production sawing of all metals except magnesium. This product is excellent on aluminum and contains a remarkable package of EP additives and corrosion inhibitors that offer outstanding performance without the mess and disposal concerns of soluble oil coolants.

ASTRO-CUT EDM is a low-odor, clear, colorless dielectric fluid designed to offer superior performance, precise cuts, and long life in a complete range of electrical discharge machining operations. ASTRO CUT EDM's low viscosity allows better flushing of electrode gaps and rapid particle settling.

J-Cut 55 QT is a heavy duty dark cutting oil developed for difficult machining operations such as deep hole boring, gun drilling and trepanning. Extensive field experience has shown that J-Cut 55 QT gives exceptional production rates and extended tool life. The viscosity is designed to give maximum lubrication combined with the proper cooling and flushing of chips. J-Cut 55 QT does contain active sulfur and should not be used on non-ferrous metals because of staining.

MONROE DRAW 90 CF is a low-odor, petroleum oil based product designed for wire drawing, blanking, stamping, or forming operations. This product works well on ferrous and non-ferrous metals alike. It incorporates a unique blend of ester-based lubricants to provide an excellent finish and die life without the use of EP additives that can cause staining issues.

J-Cut 5542 was developed to meet the demands generated by high performance screw machines. J-Cut 21 is a premium quality multi-purpose, non-staining product formulated with a chlorinated performance additive. J-Cut 21 also contains an oiliness additive for additional performance, especially on draggy, soft metals. It gives excellent performance on high speed heavy duty operations on most types of steels and non-ferrous metals. This product can also be used as gear oil, hydraulic oil, and general machine oil.

Daphne® * Oil Cut RL55 F-U: is a transparent, dark amber solvent based fluid used for stamping. Formulated with an excellent rust and corrosion inhibitor package for ferrous metals. This product contains no added barium.

MASTERDRAW® SOL 3950 is a water miscible oil used for drawing and stamping ferrous metals with thicknesses up to .250”.

MASTERALL® B1632 is a solution synthetic fluid formulated for heavy duty ferrous weld mill applications.

MASTERDRAW® SOL G with EELT™ is an amber emulsifiable non-chlorinated oil used for drawing and stamping ferrous and non-ferrous metals with thicknesses up to .040”metals.

MASTERALL® SYN 15 is a bio resistant solution synthetic designed for light duty general machining and grinding of ferrous metals.

MASTERALL® 1700 is a chlorinated, low foaming semi-synthetic fluid designed for high pressure coolant applications. MASTERALL® 1700 may be used for moderate to heavy duty machining of carbon steel, high speed steel, cast steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze and brass.

MASTERALL® 1500 isa premium, low foaming semi-synthetic fluid designed for high pressure coolant applications such as milling, turning, drilling, threading and tapping. MASTERALL® 1500 may be used for machining aluminum, titanium, carbon steel, copper, high speed steel, cast steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, brass and high-nickel alloys.

MASTERALL® SYN 20 is a bio resistant solution synthetic designed for medium duty machining and grinding of ferrous metals.

MASTERALL® 1300 is a high performing, low foaming semi-synthetic fluid designed for high pressure coolant applications such as milling, turning, deep hole drilling, reaming, tapping and sawing. The coolant may be used for machining aluminum, titanium, carbon steel, copper, cast steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, brass and high temperature alloys.

MASTERALL® 1168 with EELT™ is a versatile, heavy duty soluble cutting, grinding and machining oil that may be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

MASTERDRAW® 6054AC is a light amber colored non-chlorinated neat oil used for deep drawing carbon and stainless steel.

MASTERALL® SYN12 is a general purpose aqueous cleaner used for removing residues from ferrous metals. Designed for use at high or low temperatures. This product can also be used for light to medium duty general machining and grinding of ferrous metals.

Chesterton 388 Synthetic Tapping Fluid is a high performance, synthetic metal working fluid. It provides the industrial performance of conventional petroleum and solvent based fluids while eliminating the hazards normally associated with these traditional products. The superior lubrication of a synthetic, combined with maximum heat dissipating capability at the shear plane, results in a product which extends tool life and keeps taps cool to permit rapid cutting. Chesterton 388 is effective for all hand and automatic tapping operations and is used for a variety of demanding metal cutting operations over a broad range of metals, including aluminum. True and precise thread cutting action permits excellent thread quality. Since there is no chlorine or sulfur in the product, the working of stainless steel is facilitated without fear of embrittlement. Chesterton 388 is user and environmentally friendly. It is biodegradable, nonflammable and essentially odorless. Synthetic Tapping Fluid does not smoke, mist or fume during use. The result is a cleaner, safer work environment. A near neutral pH minimizes the potential for skin irritation and defatting commonly caused by organic solvent based cutting fluids.
