CTM Coatings SCT 10 is a one component acrylic solvent-based sealer. It has a matte finish, is UV stable, and has resistance to certain chemicals. SCT 10 is designed to penetrate and seal porous mineral surfaces such as concrete and masonry. It can also be used as a membrane for freshly cured concrete.

Crystal Clear Stone Seal is a medium viscosity coating designed to seal dense floor surfaces such as flagstone, quarry tile, terrazzo, etc. where a low to medium sheen is desired. Fast drying and contains a minimum solids is 18%.

7:1 Ure-Seal H2O™ has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance with a gloss / semi-gloss finish. The mild odor makes it ideal for interior applications. 7:1 Ure-Seal H2O will not yellow and will form a very hard protective coating for brick pavers and for the use on commercial & residential applications. 7:1 Ure-Seal H2O can be applied anywhere that high durability and superior chemical resistance is required.

3D SP™ -5 is a breathable semi-penetrating/ semi-topical sealer that helps to protect surfaces against stains and etching. It creates a water-resistant barrier that prevents liquids from infiltrating the surface, protecting against staining and color dispersion.

deVan Sealants 404.2 Thumbing Compound is a general-purpose product used to seal against water, dust, and air. It can also be used as a noise and sound deadener. 404 is used in the assembly or repair of automobiles, trailers, refrigerator cabinets, HVAC, railroad cars, pre-fabricated buildings, and a variety of other applications. It can be used anywhere a non-staining, non-hardening, non-drying sealer is required.

SlabTight® Shield is a vapor barrier and coatings primer used on conretes. This protective coating forms a vapor resistant film that reduces damage to decorative coatings and floor coverings caused by water vapor, high pH levels, and salt transmission , by up to 95%. SlabTight is recommended to be applied to new or clean, bare concrete, whenever installing decorative coatings, wood or other floor coverings.

SURFA-SEAL S is a non-yellowing solvent-based acrylic sealer for concrete surfaces. SURFA-SEAL S is recommended for all exposed concrete.

MICOROX® 25-86 PRIMER/SEALER is a two component, 100% solids epoxy resin based product designed as a flexible primer or binder for Decorative Flooring. It is intended for use in areas where thermal or mechanical shock and minor substrate movement is expected. 25-86 will penetrate and seal small cracks and function as a membrane under other flooring systems.

QC Construction Products Ultra Seal are high quality, VOC-compliant, solvent based acrylic sealers designed to permanently seal concrete and masonry surfaces, providing a medium to high gloss finish that will protect surfaces from water, dust, stains and dirt.

Lock 'N Seal is a one-step sealer and joint sand stabilizer. It is formulated from the latest developments in non-hazardous VOC, EPA and OSHA compliant, solvent free, water-based UV resistant acrylic chemistry designed specifically with high product solids to create the ultimate sealer for interlocking paver installations. It seals and locks down the sand within the paving joints with a flexible bond that reduces weed growth and ant mines.

CPP™ Sprayliner™ is two-component moisture insensitive, highly adhesive, chemical resistant, 100% solids, high strength and reinforced epoxy. Equal to “standard” CPP once cured, this version is packaged more conveniently for spray applicators seeking to utilize plural-component heated spray application. The material can be sprayed ultra-high build, between 1/16” - 1/4” (62.5 - 250 miles) per pass. Blended with reinforcing agents and various fibers, the Epoxytec CPP™ Sprayliner™ when cured creates reinforcement lining as a fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP), with high strength and flexural properties for partially or fully deteriorated structures.

Poly Top Seal CSx-20 is a unique waterborne, non-flammable polysiloxane/teflon penetrating sealer. It is specifically engineered for the treatment of parking decks, bulk storage facilities, truck and rail shops, maintenance areas, veterinary clinics, animal kennels or area's that must have easy ice removal. Poly Top Seal CSx-20 will protect against moisture intrusion as well as oils, chlorines, grease and a variety of acids and solvents (not MEK). Poly Top Seal CSx-20 is a penetrating system that is not susceptible to U.V. degradation.

Lotrec AluSeal preserves the luster and flexibility of aluminum, protects against fatigue and cracking. Also used on stainless steel as a sealer that protects against dirt and preserves shine.

Plastifloor® 528 is suitable as a sealer in freezer rooms. And also flexible topcoat, high impact strength especially on broadcast Plastifloor® 332 N outdoor coatings. The coating remains impact resistant even in a wide range of varying temperatures.

Plus® L topcoats are lubricated sealers specially engineered for application over Geomet® basecoats. These topcoats provide controlled friction coefficient of threaded parts and increase the resistance to corrosion. The controlled sacrificial corrosion protection mechanism of Geomet® basecoats is further improved with the addition of Plus® topcoats.

HS 300™ Premium Acrylic Sealer is a premium, high-performance, single-component silane, acrylic sealer designed for overlays or other cement-based products. It is vapor permeable and readily applies outside.

Moxie Shield 1500 Concrete Sealer is a ready to use, multipurpose and permanent penetrating liquid sealer/hardener, specifically formulated to penetrate up to six inches and seal concrete for the prevention of water vapor migration and alkali efflorescence, protecting and preserving concrete and masonry against moisture causing problems.

510 Moisture Cure Urethanes are extremely durable, single component maintenance coating systems. They have unsurpassed adhesion to a variety of substrates.

6500 - Advanced Ceramic High Build Sealer is a waterborne basecoat, based on acrylic and polyurethane dispersions. WearMax High Build Sealer 6500 dries clear and performs with excellent build. It can be used for all wood species, cork and Linoleum.

Coating on basis of Plastifloor® 430 N or mixtures with Plastifloor® 322 N disposes of a high cooling flexibility. Plastifloor® 430 N is used also as membrane layer with Plastifloor® coatings, as joint grouting mass for work adding with very good flexibility properties in the external area.

Chemtek Products REPELS PENETRATING 25% SOLIDS SILANE SILOXANE SEALER is a water base 2 in 1 hybrid sealer that uniquely penetrates and seal the concrete surfaces. Repels will increase water repellency. Micro-organism growth and seal any chips or scratches. Seal & protect all concrete, masonry and stone materials from weathering abrasion and salt de-iceing you may also use on granite and marble floors & countertops.

Duct-O-Seal is a non-flammable one component sealer is a non-toxic formulation designed to adhere most substrates. Tested for all electrical cable sheathing and will not affect the conduits.

6514 - Universal Sealer is a waterborne Sealer, based on acrylic and polyurethane dispersions, for old and sanded floors. WearMax Universal Sealer 6514 dries clear and performs with excellent build.

B1 Primecoat™ is designed as a high-performance sealer and coating formulated for concrete. B1 Primecoat™ is supplied in a convenient one-to-one mix ratio. B1 Primecoat™ is capable of penetrating and filling the porous structure of concrete in order to provide an effective subsurface barrier to prevent moisture migration, out-gassing, and chemical penetration. Epoxytec B1 Primecoat™ exhibits highly penetrating properties which provide porous filling and strengthening of the top concrete layer to form a sufficiently strong base for subsequent top coats.

QC Construction Products Ultra Seal 100 Voc provides a breathable, non-yellowing protective finish that will enhance interior or exterior concrete, terrazzo, brick and masonry surfaces.

JAXSAN® 1400 Primer is a water thinnable acrylic latex based primer that is used as a sealer and an adhesion promoter. Due to the new polymer technology, it has excellent surface penetration into the substrate and dries quickly to a translucent finish.

Chemlease® Sealer was developed as a base coat for the application of release agents. Chemlease® Sealer seal microporous structures and support the separating effect of the release agent.

CERTI-VEX AC1315 HG is a 30% solids, styrene acrylic, solvent-based, non-yellowing curing, sealing, hardening, dust proofing and water repellent compound that is tough, chemical resistant, and long lasting. The product is design to protect and enhance exterior new and existing concrete, stamped, decorative and exposed aggregate concrete and architectural horizontal and vertical sections where a clear, high gloss and shine is required. Certi-Vex AC 1315 HG also provides protection from the damaging effects of water penetration and staining. Certi-Vex AC1315 HG features breathable technology which allows moisture vapor to pass through rather than becoming trapped, preventing whitening, peeling and flaking.

Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O Plus is a water based, non-flammable polysiloxane penetrating sealer. It is developed specially for the treatment of masonry, brick and clay substrate for the purpose of providing waterproofing and repellency. Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O Plus provides superior long-term performance and protection against physical and structural defamation or deterioration due to the effects of humidity and or contact with moisture or exposure to the elements. In addition, it is also resistant to acids and highly alkaline compounds. Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O Plus is designed strictly for glazed masonry.

TUFF-POXY PRIMER #2 is a two-component, solvent borne epoxy primer/sealer. It is a high penetration primer/sealer for use with urethane deck coating and waterproofing membrane systems where solvent based primers can be tolerated.

FS-4100 2K High Build Primer has exceptionally high build properties. Easy sanding wet or dry after short dry times. FS-4100 Primer provides minimal shrinkage and maximum color holdout properties. FS-4100 can be used as a 2K sealer with additional reduction.
