POLYQuik® HPU-1227 is a two-component, 100% solids, aromatic spray elastomer, which cures quickly to create a monolithic coating. It has excellent abrasion resistance, and adhesion to wood, concrete or metal. It can be applied under a wide range of climate conditions, and is resistant to blistering under high humidity conditions.

ASTC 1006 Polyurea Spray is a two component, high wet-out, long open time, aromatic MDI or TDI prepolymer and multifunctional polyurea amine blend. The polymer system is "pure polyurea" and is not modified using urethane or other additives.

K5™ is an ultra high-strength, high-elongation 100% pure polyurea, originally developed as a resilient blast resistantpolymer. Soon after, it was discovered that K5™ is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, compared to other spray appliedcoatings. K5™ can be sprayed on to virtually any surface configuration, at any thickness. Therefore, it can be selectivelyapplied to high wear areas.

POLY HYBRID (PIGMENTED) is Two-component polyaspartic-polyurea color coat providing a high-gloss finish. This product combines extreme chemical, abrasion and UVresistance with fast-cure properties. Pigmented Poly Hybrid is ideal for exterior or rapid turnaround installations in temperatures as low as 20˚F

ELASTAFLEX™ CR is specifically created as a secondary containment liner for hydrocarbons including crude oil,diesel fuel, gasoline, and alcohols. This very economical polyurea exhibits very high tensile strength and elongation.ELASTAFLEX™ CR is a unique blend of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry with greater color/gloss retentionand is more UV resistant than aromatic polyureas. Unlike most spray-applied polyureas, ELASTAFLEX™ CR isavailable with SPI’s cutting-edge ULTRA BONDTM technology. SPI’s advanced ULTRA BONDTM chemistry is coined “theduct tape molecule”. ULTRA BONDTM has the unique advantage of adhering to most properly prepared organic andinorganic (new and aged) surfaces without requiring a primer. Like duct tape, ELASTAFLEX™ CR with ULTRA BONDTMgains adhesion over time.

Ply-Guard UR is a two-component, rapid curing, spray-applied Polyurea Coating/Lining System that is 100% solids and 0 VOC. Ply-Guard UR can either be applied directly to the substrate or with the aid of a primer.

ELASTAFLEX™ HP is a unique blend of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry with greater color/gloss retentionand is more UV resistant than aromatic polyureas*. ELASTAFLEX™ HP is a very economical 100% pure polyurea whichexhibits very high tensile strength and elongation. ELASTAFLEX™ HP was stretched to twice the samples originallength at 30 times per minute, more than 530,000 times before breaking.

SPI’s patented PTU™ 100% pure polyurea is a new generation of high-performance polyurea coating and is the resultof six years of development and field testing. This chemical resistant coating provides high-ductility, allowing itto move with expanding and contracting surfaces. PTU™ can be sprayed to any thickness in one application andreturned to service in a matter of hours.

Arma 102 is a high solids, moisture-catalyzed, single-component polyurethane coating system. It consists of Arma101, an aromatic polyurethane basecoat, and ARMA 103, a UV-resistant, 100% aliphatic polyurethane topcoat. This product is effective as a protective membrane over polyurethane foam on new or existing roofs and hot or ambient storage tanks.

Prokol Protective Coatings Rocathaan Hotspray PA 136-T/05 is a highly reactive and solvent-free hot spray coating based on high-quality, aromatic polyurea technology. Due to its quick curing, any shape can be coated seamlessly. This product once cured, a fairly hard top layer is formed with a good balance between impact resistance and elasticity.
