Life-Kote 72 Series 1:1 Mix Ratio is a two-component, high solids, VOC compliant, hybrid acrylic urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, washable, and flexible finish for the high performance coatings market. 72 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional coatings in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. 72 Series must be catalyzed with H8015 Urethane Catalyst. Mix ratio is 1 part base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. H8015 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.

Enviro-Finish 49 Series Primers is a hybrid waterborne primer system designed for the segment of the OEM Market that requires a VOC compliant coating to replace their conventional alkyd system. 49 Series is designed for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) applications. Formulated to provide greater wet adhesion to water ponding and greater resistance to water spotting and wrinkling which are common problems among water based systems exposed to moisture too early.

Life-Kote 92W06 White is a fast drying, corrosion resistant metal primer containing rust inhibitive pigments for interior and exterior applications. This primer may be used as a barrier coat to permit vinyls, epoxies, or other strong solvent containing top coats to be applied. Adheres tightly to clean metal and to topcoats. Contains no lead, chrome or other heavy metal compounds. VOC compliant.

Enviro-Finish 40 Series Low VOC Enamel is high performance waterborne acrylic enamel designed for the segment of the OEM Market that requires a VOC compliant coating to replace their conventional alkyd system. 40 Series is designed for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) applications or can be used over our 49 Series primer for extra corrosion protection. Formulated to provide extra early resistance to water spotting and wrinkling which are common problems among water reducible alkyd enamels exposed to moisture too early.

Master Touch 80 Series is a high performance, acrylic modified, gloss alkyd enamel that provides a very durable, tough, high gloss finish for a wide variety of interior or exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. Meets performance specifications of TT-E-489G and TT-E-506K. Acrylic modification makes this alkyd enamel perform much better than a conventional alkyd enamel in the areas of durability, adhesion, color retention, flexibility, sag resistance, and wet edge retention. This extremely durable product is single component, but can be cross- linked with our 8000 Polyurethane Converter when stringent specs require extra gloss, color retention, and corrosion resistance.

ASTRO-CLEAN E is a biodegradable, user-friendly, citrus solvent degreaser that replaces mineral spirits and chlorinated solvents for the removal of oily soils. Natural citrus solvents, emulsifiers, and detergents are present in this product. It is water extendable, safe on all metals, and works effectively at room temperature as well as when heated up to 150°F. When diluted at a 1:10 ratio, it actively inhibits corrosion and rust.

ASTRO-CLEAN FSC is a fast-acting, deep-penetrating, liquid alkaline, general maintenance floor cleaner that provides outstanding performance in various cleaning applications. It is a clear blue liquid that is used as received for removing rubber tire marks and tough shop soils. For less demanding applications like auto scrubbers, agitated cleaner tanks, or manual cleaning operations, this product can be diluted in water.

DeVere Chemical Special Cleaner is a heavy-duty, all-purpose cleaning concentrate specially formulated for difficult cleaning jobs. This product cleans the toughest soils on hard surfaces and also acts as a great degreaser. Special Cleaner does not contain caustic soda and generates a low-to-moderate foam level. This product is optimized for use in soak tanks, parts washers, dip tanks, and other cleaning systems without the need for heat.

Life-Kote 98 Series is a two-component, high solids, polyamide-cured, epoxy primer designed for use on interior or exterior substrates that require both extra flexibility as well as an extra corrosion resistant base for high performance topcoats. This product offers excellent adhesion to both the surface and the topcoats that follow. Highly resistant to many alkalis, solvents, and other active chemicals and provides excellent substrate protection in chemical and atmospheric environments. 98 Series can be top coated with converted epoxy topcoats, acrylic urethanes, and other high performance coatings.

Highly concentrated, Z-400-SE can be diluted to help prolong usage. This product works great for cleaning storage tanks and heavy duty equipment.

CIM® 1061 is a tough, abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistant, liquid applied coating specifically for use in water and wastewater applications including those which require ANSI/NSF 61 potable water certification. Hodopur® W ER 10-1 is the two-component polyurethane glossy enamel is intended for industrial applications, airless application and longer service life of the coating system. It is applied to basic anti-corrosion paints (Hodopur, Hodepox) and forms the final coating. It can be applied to galvanized surfaces as a single-layer enamel (decorative layer). It is produced in a wide range of shades (RAL or according to an agreed color template). The coating system as a whole is designed for common corrosive environments. RiteThane RT109 Spectrum Gray DTMU is a high build acrylic urethane for industrial exterior direct to metal applications requiring excellent weathering, corrosion and chemical resistance. Sufficient film build can be achieved with a single coat application. Typical uses include; railcar exteriors, watertowers, storage tanks, and structural steel.

CD Tabco Products Inc. 1002-HT is a hot tank degreaser. 1002-HT is a dustless powder, which is readily soluble in water. The resulting solution is a powerful caustic type degreaser, which will dissolve most oils and paint off of ferrous parts.
