It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

WETSOFT® 150E Conc is a water-dilutable, concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content. It serves as a premier organo-functional modified hydrophilic silicone softener. On hydrophilic substrates such as cellulosics, the hydrophilic properties are usually not affected, while hydrophobic substrates such as polyesters typically experience a clear improvement in wetting properties.

WETSOFT® NE 500 is a nonionic, hydrophilic emulsion concentrate that forms a stable semi-macroemulsion upon simple 1:1 dilution with cold water. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of all kinds of fibers and textiles. WETSOFT® NE 500 imparts a pleasant, soft, and supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics, as well as towels. Additionally, finishing with WETSOFT® NE 500 improves the moisture management of the treated textiles.

WACKER® AF 2170 is a highly concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content that can be diluted with water. WACKER® Finish WR 1200 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane that imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is widely regarded as the best softening agent for PES and other synthetic fibers. In addition to softness, WACKER® Finish WR 1200 also enhances the wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, sewability, tear strength, and abrasion loss of the treated fabrics. WETSOFT® CTA is a self-dispersible aminofunctional silicone fluid with polyether groups. It can be applied alone in diluted form or blended with organic softeners to impart hydrophilic properties to fibers and textiles. However, a compatibility test is recommended before mixing with organic softeners.

WACKER® Finish WR 210 is a reactively modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane for use in non-yellowing and moisture-neutral textile finishing. WACKER® Finish WR 210 is particularly suitable as an active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. WACKER® Finish CT 34 E is a nonionic microemulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is specifically designed as a softener for the impregnation of fibers and textiles, providing a very soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. Additionally, WACKER® Finish CT 34 E has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness.

WACKER® Finish WR 1300 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. When used in a softener formulation, it has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness. Additionally, it does not adversely affect the shade or color-fastness properties of colored goods. In formulations for fill fiber finish applications, WACKER® Finish WR 1300 provides excellent slickness and resilience to the fibers.

WETSOFT® NE 810 is a self-dispersible polyether-amino-functional silicone fluid. Formulations with WETSOFT® NE 810 are used for padding in the exhaust process and can also be used on their own or in combination with organic fabric softeners, polyethylene waxes, and other finishing agents. Compatibility should be tested on a case-by-case basis.

WACKER® Finish CT 208 E is a nonionic macroemulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. This one-component finish has self-crosslinking properties, resulting in the formation of insoluble silicones that provide textile fabrics with flexible and shape-stabilizing characteristics. These effects remain unaffected even after domestic laundering and dry cleaning processes.

WACKER® AF 3670 is a concentrated, modified amino silicone with a total solids content of 70%. It is designed to be diluted in water. WACKER® AF 3670 is specifically formulated to provide a soft and supple feel to fabrics without causing yellowing. Compared to standard amino softeners, it exhibits good hydrophilicity. Additionally, WACKER® AF 3670 contributes to wrinkle recovery and improves fabric elasticity. It can be easily diluted to concentrations as low as 5% solids.

WETSOFT® AE 200 is a modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane used for non-yellowing, hydrophilic textile finishing. It is an excellent active ingredient in hydrophilic softeners for finishing all kinds of fibers and textiles.
