VINNAPAS® CA 5850 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a firmer hand is required. The dispersion combines moderately high solid content with a lower viscosity—a combination that permits the addition of moderate filler loadings. This results in adhesive formulations with high solid contents that are typically required in the carpet industry. VINNAPAS® CA 5850 is not produced with any added organic solvents or plasticizers.

WACKER® AF 3670 is a concentrated, modified amino silicone with a total solids content of 70%. It is designed to be diluted in water. WACKER® AF 3670 is specifically formulated to provide a soft and supple feel to fabrics without causing yellowing. Compared to standard amino softeners, it exhibits good hydrophilicity. Additionally, WACKER® AF 3670 contributes to wrinkle recovery and improves fabric elasticity. It can be easily diluted to concentrations as low as 5% solids.

POWERSOFT® PE 280 is a composition that includes a self-dispersing aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is a cationic silicone softener specifically developed for exhaust applications and can be used on common fibers such as cotton, polyester, polyamides, and their blends. What sets POWERSOFT® PE 280 apart from regular silicone-based softeners is its exceptional stability in the presence of alkali, salt, and high-shearing conditions.

POWERSOFT® AE 66 is a concentrated nonionic macro-emulsion containing an aminomodified silicone fluid. It is specifically designed for impregnating fibers and textiles. When applied, POWERSOFT® AE 66 provides a soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. Additionally, it enhances wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, tear strength, and reduces abrasion loss. These effects are retained even after washing and dry cleaning processes.

SIPELL® VF 35 is a predominantly non-ionic, semi-micro dispersion of a special silicone copolymer. It is a water-based and solvent-free (VOC-free) product that serves as an additive in the finishing process of leather. When applied, SIPELL® VF 35 imparts unique properties to automotive, furniture, and garment leather goods, including improved soil release and solvent resistance.

WACKER® AF 2170 is a highly concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content that can be diluted with water. It is specifically formulated to provide an exceptionally soft and supple feel without causing yellowing. Additionally, WACKER® AF 2170 exhibits good hydrophilicity, making it a top choice for silicone emulsions in the textile industry. This product is made using AF-21 fluid.

WACKER® E35 10000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

WETSOFT® CTA is a self-dispersible aminofunctional silicone fluid with polyether groups. It can be applied alone in diluted form or blended with organic softeners to impart hydrophilic properties to fibers and textiles. However, a compatibility test is recommended before mixing with organic softeners.

WACKER® Finish WR 1200 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane that imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is widely regarded as the best softening agent for PES and other synthetic fibers. In addition to softness, WACKER® Finish WR 1200 also enhances the wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, sewability, tear strength, and abrasion loss of the treated fabrics. These effects are quickly noticeable, even after washing and dry cleaning processes.

WACKER® Finish WR 1300 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. When used in a softener formulation, it has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness. Additionally, it does not adversely affect the shade or color-fastness properties of colored goods. In formulations for fill fiber finish applications, WACKER® Finish WR 1300 provides excellent slickness and resilience to the fibers.

LIOSIL® FC 218 E is a nonionic macroemulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners. When combined with conventional fabric softeners, LIOSIL® FC 218 E enhances their properties. This product is easy to mix with fabric softeners, allowing for convenient formulation. By incorporating LIOSIL® FC 218 E, the softening efficacy of fabric softeners is improved, resulting in significantly softer and more pleasant fabrics. Moreover, it increases the hydrophilicity of the treated fabrics. Additionally, LIOSIL® FC 218 E reduces friction forces during ironing, leading to a substantial improvement in ironing properties.

WACKER® Finish CT 34 E is a nonionic microemulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is specifically designed as a softener for the impregnation of fibers and textiles, providing a very soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. Additionally, WACKER® Finish CT 34 E has minimal impact on the degree of whiteness.

Wacker Chemie SG 3378 is a polyalkylene oxide-modified polydimethylsiloxane with organofunctional groups in the pendant position. This product is highly versatile and suitable for various applications, such as coatings to improve coefficient of friction and leveling properties. It has a low surface tension, offering high wetting properties while enhancing lubricity, sheen, gloss, anti-caking, static suppression, and moderate profoaming. It also demonstrates surfactancy properties, which can be beneficial in numerous other end applications. SG 3378 is 100% concentrated, cost-effective, and has low toxicity.

WETSOFT® AE 200 is a modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane used for non-yellowing, hydrophilic textile finishing. It is an excellent active ingredient in hydrophilic softeners for finishing all kinds of fibers and textiles. WETSOFT® AE 200 provides woven and knitwear, particularly nonwovens and terry, with a soft and supple hand.

WACKER® AF 36 is an economical modified amino fluid that provides an extremely soft feel to fabrics without causing any shade change, especially yellowing, during normal textile processes. It enhances tear strength, contributes to better wrinkle recovery, and improves fabric elasticity. WACKER® AF 36 is particularly suitable as an active substance in non-yellowing softener formulations for impregnating fibers and textiles. It imparts a very soft and drapable touch to woven and knitted fabrics.

WACKER® E 110 is a nonionic macroemulsion of nonreactive polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily used for treating fibers and textiles, either alone in aqueous dilution or in combination with organic softeners. Before mixing with organic softeners, a compatibility test is recommended. WACKER® E 110 serves as a sewing thread lubricant for polyester yarns used on high-speed sewing machines, reducing friction between the fibers.

It is suitable as an additive in coatings to enhance coefficient of friction and leveling properties. This product has low surface tension, making it an effective wetting agent. SG 3382 is a 100% concentrated and economical solution with low toxicity.

VINNOL® CE 35 (USA) is an aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer composed of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. It serves as a stiff film former, offering excellent heat-sealability and high-frequency (HF) weldability to nonwoven and textile substrates. Additionally, it is particularly well-suited for creating plasticizer-free coatings that are heat sealable and high-frequency weldable on paper and cardboard surfaces.

The product, known for its "Free Rinsing" property, allows for flexibility and cost-effectiveness in use. WACKER® JSD 50E is formulated using high molecular weight polysiloxane and silica technology. It is safe to use in textile applications that involve high alkaline and high temperature conditions. The product demonstrates superior foam knockdown capabilities.

WACKER® IM 11 is a polydimethylsiloxane having carbinol functional groups in α,ω-position. WACKER® IM 11 can be used neat, in a solution, or as an emulsion. Suitable solvents for WACKER® IM 11 are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols, and ketones.

WACKER® E35 100 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

Wacker Chemie SG 3379 is a polyalkylene oxide modified polydimethylsiloxane with organofunctional groups located in pendant position. It finds suitability in various applications, such as coating, to enhance coefficient of friction and leveling properties. Due to its low surface tension, SG 3379 can provide excellent wetting capabilities while improving lubricity, sheen, gloss, anti-caking, static suppression, antifoaming, and moderate profoaming properties.

WETSOFT® AOP is a glycol-free, modified amino, hydrophilic silicone fluid. It is particularly suitable as an active substance in formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles when good wetting properties are desired. WETSOFT® AOP maintains low solubility in water due to its glycol-free nature while still exhibiting good wetting properties on treated textiles.

WACKER® Finish CT 96 E is a nonionic micro-emulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. It is specifically recommended as a softener for impregnating fibers and textiles, providing a very soft, smooth, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics.

WETSOFT® NE 580 is a predominantly nonionic microemulsion concentrate of a hydrophilic silicone fluid. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of fibers and textiles of all kinds. On hydrophilic substrates such as cellulosics, the hydrophilic properties are usually not affected, while hydrophobic substrates such as polyesters typically experience a clear improvement in wetting properties. WETSOFT® NE 580 provides woven goods and knitwear with a silky soft, supple, and smooth hand.

JETSOFT® Concentrate is a self-dispersing aminofunctional silicone fluid that can be diluted with water. It is specifically designed to be used as an active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. LIOSIL® FC 228 E is a nonionic macro emulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid, specifically designed for fabric softeners. SILFOAM® SE 2263 is a water-dispersible antifoam emulsion with a low to medium viscosity. It is formulated based on an organomodified polysiloxane. This product effectively prevents foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminates existing foam (as a defoamer) in various aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 2263 is particularly well-suited for applications where the use of silicones could typically present challenges, such as PVC degassing, the manufacturing and processing of polymer dispersions for textiles, paper, paints, surface coatings, and adhesives, as well as cooling lubricants and textile formulations.

ADVALON® EL 39 is a nonionic macroemulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is a self-crosslinking, one-component finish that imparts a pleasant, soft, supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics of all kinds in combination with pronounced shape-stabilizing properties. Most importantly, ADVALON® EL 39 conveys extraordinary elasticity, resilience, and stretch characteristics to cotton knitwear.

Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.

WACKER® Finish WR 210 is a reactively modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane for use in non-yellowing and moisture-neutral textile finishing. ADVALON® CF 3295 is a macroemulsion finish for "PAN" carbon fiber precursors with approximately 20% solids content. It is formulated using proprietary silicone technology. The purpose of ADVALON® CF 3295 is to provide excellent wetting and penetration, ensuring uniform lubrication between fibers and metal during fiber processing. It also prevents the fusion of fibers. Additionally, the active substance in ADVALON® CF 3295 acts as an antistatic agent due to its inherent conductivity.

ADVALON® TL 50 CM is a 100% active compound that combines mineral oil and polydimethylsiloxane. It is a clear, water-white liquid with a viscosity of 550 mPa at 25°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased needle heat resistance.
