SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILRES® BS 17 is a solventless concentrate that is based on silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically used in water-diluted form for the hydrophobation (waterproofing) of silicate-based mineral construction materials that are produced in plants. One of the key advantages of SILRES® BS 17 is that it is a water-free and solventless silicone concentrate. It can be easily diluted with drinking water without the need for sophisticated mixing devices. This allows for convenient and efficient dilution, making the application process simpler for users.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

SILRES® BS 1705 is a high-quality water-thinnable emulsion that is solvent-free and based on a mixture of silane and siloxane compounds. It is specifically designed to act as a specialty water repellent for impregnating cement-based products, including fiber cement. By impregnating cement-based materials, such as fiber cement, with SILRES® BS 1705, their water repellency is significantly enhanced, providing long-lasting protection against water absorption and related problems. SILRES® BS 46 is an aqueous, solventless emulsion that is based on polymethylhydrogensiloxane. It is specifically designed for use in the application of gypsum wallboards and gypsum fiberboards. During the application procedure, SILRES® BS 46 is added to the mixing or gaging water of the plaster. By incorporating it into the plaster mixture, it imparts its beneficial properties to the final product.

SILFOAM® SD 860 is an anhydrous silicone antifoam agent formulated with organofunctional silicone fluid and organic components. It exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. This antifoam agent is particularly suitable for use in organic systems that require a high level of compatibility with the antifoam agent. SILFOAM® SD 860 can effectively address challenges commonly encountered by silicones in various applications, including paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

SILRES® BS 60 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

SILRES® BS 1316 is used undiluted as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for normal and reinforced concrete. It is a mixture of isomeric octyltrimethoxysilanes, with isooctyltrimethoxysilane as the main component. SILRES® BS 1316 is specifically recommended as a water-repellent impregnating agent and primer for normal and reinforced concrete in various applications such as bridges, roads, and buildings.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. When incorporated into coatings, SILRES® BS 6042 imparts several beneficial properties. These include long-lasting reduced water absorption, efficient resistance to early rain, and high water vapor permeability. SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It can also be used for low-density bulk goods like perlite or vermiculite. The emulsion helps to impart water-repellent properties to these materials, enhancing their performance in moisture-related applications.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. They demonstrate high permeability to water vapor and CO2, allowing for effective moisture and gas exchange. Additionally, these products have low water absorption coefficients, which help minimize water ingress and potential damage.

SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILFOAM® SE 39 is a low-viscosity antifoam emulsion known for its long-lasting efficiency. It is especially well-suited for surfactant-rich formulations like liquid detergents and textile auxiliaries. SILFOAM® SE 39 is particularly effective in applications where high surfactant concentrations or intense product movement would quickly render conventional antifoam emulsions ineffective.

SILRES® Powder E is a powder-form water-repellent additive based on silane technology. It is highly efficient and offers exceptional water repellency even at low concentrations, while maintaining water vapor permeability. SILRES® Powder E is a high-quality specialty product specifically designed to enhance the water repellency and water resistance of non-load-bearing precast concrete products or mineral construction material mixes. SILFOAM® SD 8260 is a 100% silicone antifoam concentrate that is specifically developed to meet the requirements of the dispersion industry. It can be used directly or as a base for creating an antifoam emulsion. SILFOAM® SD 8260 is highly recommended for foaming systems that require excellent compatibility with the antifoam agent. It is suitable for applications that typically present challenges for silicones, such as paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

SILRES® BS 1703 SQ (000096394) is also primarily intended for in-plant water-repellent treatment of fiber-reinforced cement products, such as fiber-cement boards. It exhibits a higher flash point and increased storage stability compared to SILRES® BS 1703. While it may have a slightly opalescent appearance with a slight yellowish discoloration, it does not affect the excellent performance of the product.

SILRES® WH 100 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It is a water-based product that offers several properties and benefits. When applied, it creates an eye-catching water beading effect, enhancing the appearance of the treated surface. Additionally, it significantly reduces capillary water absorption, providing protection against moisture. SILRES WH 100 A can be used over various substrates, including metals, concrete, and others, to impart its water-repellent properties.

SILRES® BS 94 is a highly effective, anhydrous silicone product based on polymethylhydrogensiloxane. It is specifically designed for the water-repellent treatment of plaster elements and plasterboard or wallboard surfaces. When applied to plaster elements or plasterboard, SILRES® BS 94 acts as a water-repellent agent, helping to protect these materials from water absorption. SILRES® Powder A is a highly efficient silicone water-repellent additive available in powder form. It is suitable for use in both dry powder and liquid systems. This makes it versatile for manufacturing various products, including those based on earth-moist or slurry formulations.

SILRES® BS 1052 is an aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. Its main purpose is to provide water repellency to materials such as glass wool (fiberglass) or stone wool. It can be used on both bound materials, where the wool is bound with a resin, as well as unbound materials without a resin. By applying SILRES® BS 1052, it helps to enhance the water-repellent properties of these materials, improving their performance in moisture-related applications.

SILRES® BS 1703 SQ (000010587) is specifically designed for the in-plant water-repellent treatment of fiber-reinforced cement products, including fiber-cement boards. Its main purpose is to greatly reduce the capillary water absorption of these construction materials once they have set and reached equilibrium moisture. The use of SILRES® BS 1703 SQ provides enhanced protection against water damage, contributing to the longevity and quality of fiber-reinforced cement products.

SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

SILRES® BS 1346 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is used in its undiluted form as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints or plasters. Its purpose is to increase water repellency, water resistance, and water vapor permeability while also enhancing processability and antiblocking properties.

SILRES® Powder D is a water-redispersible silicone water-repellent in powder form that is used as a highly efficient additive. SILRES® Powder D exhibits outstanding water repellency even at very low concentrations without affecting water vapor permeability. It contains a fine mineral filler as an antiblocking agent.

VARIPHOB® AC 5002 is a silicone-based hydrophobic powder used as a water-repelling agent for the protection of mineral-based construction materials. This product is used for cement-based systems, such as bathrooms, swimming pools, showers, saunas, wellness areas.

VARIPHOB® AC 5002 is particularly well-suited for construction materials such as:

It increases durability by reducing water absorption, and increases surface hydrophobicity of the materials used. This product also provides full breathability so that water vapor can easily evaporate.

CHT Group JPA-15 Powdered Antifoam is a silicone-based antifoam dispersed on a powdered medium that dissolves instantly with water, making it mildly hygroscopic. This product is used as a dry flowable, wettable powder and tank add defoamers for agriculture and patch and repair formulations and cement admixtures for dry construction mixes.

VARIPHOB® CC 4108 is a 45% active silicone/silane emulsion that can be diluted with water to achieve the desired solids for treatment. Its specialized formulation allows it to penetrate absorbent surfaces as an impregnation. It is compatible with fresh mortar and concrete admixtures. This product reduces capillary water absorption, increases surface hydrophobicity, and preserves the appearance of cement-based building materials, alkaline mineral substrates, and natural stones.

VARIPHOB® CC 4108 is very versatile. Applications include:

CHT Group JPA-15 FLW is a flowable powdered antifoam that can be easily incorporated into dry formulations, including “water dispersible granular.” It has a virtually instant release of active due to the rapid dissolution of base powder. SILFOAM® SE 47 is a versatile antifoam emulsion with a relatively high emulsifier content. It has shown great effectiveness in addressing foam-related challenges in various applications, including textile auxiliaries and processes like dyeing. Additionally, it is suitable for use in surfactant formulations, cooling lubricants based on mineral oils, and for separating monomers from dispersions and converting dispersions into derivatives.

SILRES® BS 1340 is a nonionic, solvent-free, waterborne emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is specifically used in the formulation of water-resistant coatings. SILRES® BS 1340 can be directly incorporated, without dilution, into waterborne masonry paints and plasters either during or after their production.

H-Sil® EM-356 is a 60% active, nonionic emulsion of 350 cSt silicone. It can be used directly or diluted with water to create a stable letdown at lower solids. It is an excellent ingredient for formulators to use in automotive tire and vinyl dressings, mold release for rubber and synthetic materials, asphalt release agent, and as a press room lubricant and anti-stat when blended with cationic surfactants.
