Maxbase 1122 is a sulfonate free additive package for demanding applications. The product offers good CI and emulsion stability in hard water. This material is readily compatible with other additives including EPs and esters. This material is designed for use with Group I and Group II paraffinic oils.

Octopol PTB is a synergistic extreme pressure composition found to give superior anti-wear and antioxidant features contributed to the oil by the particular borate dispersion. Octopol PTB has fluid or semi-fluid consistencies that are desirable for open gears and bearings. This extreme pressure additive has usages in gear sets found in gas compressors, high-pressure hydraulic systems, automotive transmission differentials, and other types or bearings where high-load conditions are prevalent. To avoid the undesirable effects of uncompounded oil under high-load conditions, borates are widely used EP and anti-wear additives. By building a resilient film caused by inorganic borate spheres interacting with metal load-bearing surfaces, this borate dispersion is able to provide outstanding wear protection and load-carrying capacity. The lubricant becomes very stable due to the small size and low density of the dispersed borate.

Lubristay 9750 is an oil soluble, potassium triborate extreme pressure and anti-wear additive for industrial oils, greases and gear lubricants.

The antimony dithiocarbamate forms a boundary layer while the sulfurized olefin offers itself as sacrificial wear instead of the metal’s surface. It can be used in water base, synthetic or diesel oil muds and is compatible with all other products. Octopol bis DMTD is used as an extreme pressure-anti-wear additive, anti-corrosion agent, and antioxidant for greases. Uses include greases, heavy equipment lubrication and an additive to be used in steel mills. The product has excellent extreme pressure properties when used in various greases and it should be used when extreme pressures are predominate. Typical use levels are 1.0 – 2.0 %. Octopol bis DMTD offers additional synergistic performance in combination with Octopol AD and Octopol MB in mining greases.

Chemfac NB-159 belongs to the organic phosphate ester family and is a free acid phosphate ester and the CAS Number is 68607-14-7. At room temperature, it is a pourable clear amber liquid and is soluble in water. It has a Gardner color maximum of 5, an acid value that ranges from 160 to 177 at a pH of 9.5, an acidity of 2.85 – 3.15 and a specific gravity of 1.08.

Chemsulf SI-10E is a light color, low odor, inactive sulfurized oil ester for use in metalworking and industrial oils formulations. This product acts as a copper stain passivator when active sulfur materials need to be incorporated into metalworking and industrial formulations
