ADM 115 Non-GMO Food Grade Native Corn Starch #028164 is a highly refined product and a low-moisture basic powdered starch manufactured by ADM in Europe. This product is used in food applications such as puddings, salad dressings, prepared mixes, and gravies. As an unmodified (thick-boiling) starch, it is typically high in viscosity, with a good body at both low and high solids. Mosselman Amide ODV (93-83-4) is an oleic diethanolamide obtained by reaction of oleic acid with an excess of diethanolamine. This amide finds use in a variety of industrial cleaners where it acts as a viscosity builder, for foam boosting and foam stabilizing, as dispersing agent, emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor. Amide ODV improves the detergency of other surfactants.

Mosselman 2-ethylhexyl Lactate (6283-86-9) is the ester of L(+) lactic acid. Lactic acid is produced by fermentation. It is used as solvent for example in agrochemicals, polymer additive or emulsions. It brings good wetting properties, low evaporation rate, good penetration, etc. It is also used as « green solvent » for digital inks and coalescing agent for water based paint.
