Aliphatic High Solid PU Lacquer

UCECOAT® 6558 is a clear to cloudy liquid designed for the paints, coatings, and printing and packaging markets. UCECOAT® 2805 has low temperature-curing, strong mechanical qualities, great colloidal stability, and low water re-dispersibility prior to cure. Its uses include radiation-curable coatings, inkjet inks, labels, waterborne coatings, flexography inks, varnishes, and clearcoats, among other printing and packaging requirements. UCECOAT® 2805 is designed specifically for food and beverage packaging, although it can also be used for overprint varnishes and packaging coatings.

UROTUF® F97-MPW-33 is a waterborne, oil modified urethane dispersion designed for single package, self-crosslinking coatings and varnishes requiring VOC regulatory compliance combined with a high level of performance.

Bondthane™ UD-250 is an excellent alkali and detergent resistant polyurethane. It is a hard polymer used for wood, plastic, or rigid substrates.

Beetafin™ BF2820 is a water based Polyurethane emulsion having excellent compatibility with most common water-based systems. The product is suitable for application to a variety of substrates where high quality and longevity are prime requirements.

Nepplast® 1027 is an aromatic based 100 % active material and appears in liquid slightly colored, which has an aliphatic structure, is used in formulations which can not support yellowing.

HMP-1301 is a Waterborne polyurethane resin with high glossy and high transparency.

Quaker Color Plastic Coatings AB-91F is NMP free, high performance aliphatic polyester urethane dispersion with adhesion on metal, plastic and rubber substrates. AB-91F could be used as is or with isocyanate or carbodiimide crosslinkers. Coatings based on AB-91F will have high chemical, solvent, water and UV resistance.

Bondthane™ UD-375 is a high solids co-solvent free polyurethane dispersion which exhibits a soft rubbery feel film with low gloss.

UNITHANE IC-922 NF is a NMP free, low VOC waterbased polyurethane with exceptional adhesion promoting properties. UNITHANE IC-922 NF is designed for use in a formulated primer coat for variety of substrates.

Excel-Thane “MCU-400” is CLEAR polyurethane sealers for decorative concrete that are moisture cured, abrasion resistant, and stain resistant. Its foundation is an aliphatic (non-yellowing) isocyanate with a polyester backbone. When cured, Excel-Thane “MCU-400" is a CLEAR with a high gloss finish.

Arboritec™ Classic+ 1-component Ceramic Fortified Waterborne Lacquer is a 1-component waterborne 100% PU finish for wood and parquet floors in heavy traffic areas. The finish is fortified with ceramics thanks to our unique Small Particles Technology. By adding ceramic particles, our waterborne primers dry hard and become very easy to sand. Jiangsu Sanmu 775-3 has light color, ligh luster, good compatibility, high hardness, good dryness, high scratch resistance, good storage stability and excellent chemical resistance. It can be applied with alcohol acid, acrylic acid and other resin together. It applies to higher-grade matte paint and wood coatings primer, plastic paint, industrial paint, etc.

It can be applied with alcohol acid, acrylic acid and other resin together. It applies to higher-grade matte paint and wood coatings primer, plastic paint, industrial paint, etc.

Simon Quimica RT 7 is a solvent based aliphatic polyurethane resin used to make synthetic leather and to formulate lacquers. It is used in PVC and PU process transfer.

UROTUF® F982-MPW-33 is an anionic water-borne oil modified urethane coating resin provided at 32% solids in a blend of N-methyl pyrrolidinone and water. This resin is similar to Urotuf F97-33 but has the metallic drier already incorporated for convenience.

Simon Quimica RHT 900 is a solvent based aliphatic polyurethane resin used to make synthetic leather and to formulate lacquers. It is used for synthetic leather in process transfer.

Surkofilm® 2771 contains both polyether and polyester, aliphatic and some aromatic based high molecular weight structures, and comprise a range of solvent based film forming urethanes, which can be used on a wide variety of substrates where a demanding performance calls for high quality inks.

UROTUF® F78-M-50 & F78-X-50 are one-package, oil modified urethanes ASTM Type I, which cure by oxidation at ambient temperatures in the presence of metallic driers. They may be blended with alkyds to improve dry time and abrasion resistance. They contains no free isocyanate.
