Mississippi Lime Company Magnum Fill HO97 is an extender pigment for coatings where it provides excellent hide, good blue-white shade and a high Hegman grind, and as an outstanding filler pigment for paper applications where it provides good opacity as well as excellent retention and drainage properties. All Magnum Fill® powder products are versatile pigments for TiO2 extension in both paper filling and coating applications. Magnum Fill® products are available with higher oil adsorption for increased opacity and wet hide.

GEMATILEN® FK80 is 80% Calcium carbonate filled PE. The product has been engineered specifically for film and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% depending on the application.

HisarCal® Ex-1 is used in the paper industry as a micronized calcite by adding 15-30% cellulose in the production of writing paper, wall paper, and cardboard. Because of its high whiteness, low cost, and other technical properties that it provides to paper, it has entered the paper sector and replaced kaolin in the last ten years all over the world, beginning in Europe.

MICROCARB NF1T is a surface-coated very fine Calcium Carbonate powder with good dispersion properties, manufactured from a high purity white Calcium Carbonate.

Calcit CalPlex Extra is a natural, ground calcium carbonate of exceptionally high purity. With an extremely fine particle size and bright color it is used to produce paper and board showing pigment effects in aqueous systems. CalPlex Extra is also used for paints and lacquers, as well as in special areas of the plastics industry.

Ulmer Weiss 6-8 is a fine calcium carbonate granulate designed for use as a filler, pigment, mixing agent, or raw material in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, dyes, pigments, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss 6-8 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and grain size of 6.0-8.0. This product does not flash and is non flammable.

Juraperle 1-2 is a fine calcium carbonate granule designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 1-2 has an appearance similar to sand or gravel, a characteristic odor, and a grain size of 1.0-2.0.

ONEX MW 1002 provides a variety of chemically functionalized multi-wall carbon nanotubes for several applications in powdered form or dispersions.

SILMIKRON® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

Cel-Span® CFA 897 is a 40% active endothermic foaming agent concentrates recommended for extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenics, MPPO and ABS. Cel-Span® CFA 897 is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of polyolefins, polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. This product exhibits a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in extrusion applications.

The grade of calcium carbonate has been specially developed to be used in the bioplastics made from polyesters in order to promote the prevention of hydrolysis leading to degrade the mechanical properties of the products. Therefore, it is possible to substantially increase the rate of calcium carbonate in the products made of bioplastics.

Jordan Mineral Est JM5C is a surface coated ultrafine ground calcium carbonate powder with excellent dispersion produced from microcrystalline rhombohedral high purity white limestone.

Talc MP 40-27 is designed for use in interior and exterior architectural coatings as well as industrial primers and topcoats. Talc’s chemically inert nature improves the weatherability of coatings containing talc. The hydrophobic nature of talc contributes to the rheological properties (anti-sag, leveling, and brushability) and gloss of the coating as well as providing sheen control. In addition, the softness of talc reduces wear on processing equipment.

Juraperle LM is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paper, paperboard, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures.
