Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-100 is a white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and diolefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers, such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-100 is waterwhite thermoplasic resin obtained from polymerization and hydrogenation of cyclic ingredients. The major usages are tackifier for hot melt adhesive(HMA), hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive(HMPSA) and solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive(SBPSA), because of its good heat resistance and good compatibility with base polymers such as ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA), styrene block copolymer(SBC).

Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-640 is a white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and diolefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA), as well as polypropylene (PP) modifier. SUKOREZ® SU-640 is water white cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage are a modifier in blends with polymers for filmic application and tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

RELEASE PP 25 ECO DIL. is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

SYLVARES 525 AMS (alpha methyl styrene) Phenolic resin is a water white aromatic hydrocarbon resin with good oxidative stability. This product contains a small amount of phenol modification.

TACKIFIER 70 is an APEO free acrylic emulsion. Tg = -45°C (approx).

Bondex® A-117 is based on Acrylic Polymer Emulsion. It has very high tack, good Shear Strength with instant bond & non-migrating properties, due to which the long term durability is better. It is mainly used for B.O.P.P. Packaging Tapes / OPP carton sealing tape making. It gives peel strength of min 500 – max 750 gm/inch at 30⁰C after application on BOPP film (18 – 25 micron coating) and shear more than 400 min (dry weight).

SYLVARES TP 96 resin is a low softening point terpene phenolic resin having broad polymer compatibility. This thermoplastic resin is designed to tackify hot melt and pressure sensitive adhesives providing improved tack, peel and flexibility for EVA, SIS and acrylic based systems. When formulated as a co-resin, this product will significantly improve performance and properties of styrenic block copolymers based adhesives with limited impact on heat resistance.

Polybut™ 3 is a low molecular weight conventional polybutene.

Hot polymerized SBR 1012C elastomer is particularly useful as a binder for fibrous materials. It imparts increased cohesive strength when added to an adhesive mixture.

SYLVALITE RE 105L rosin ester is a pentaerythritol ester of rosin with a higher softening point than typical products of its type. It has been formulated to provide outstanding heat and aging stability. The stability, low volatility and polymer compatibility of this product make it useful in wide variety of adhesives and other applications where improved heat resistance and shear strength are required.

PENSEL GA-90 is a glycerol rosin ester. PENSEL GA-90 is based on Chinese Gum Rosin and produced by Guangxi Wuzhou Arakawa- China. PENSEL GA-90 resin can be used in various adhesive applications and with a variety of elastomers. PENSEL GA-90 gives excellent performance in adhesion and provides heat stability to the end use applications. PENSEL GA-90 is especially engineered to provide these properties with EVA.

ACRILEM 5238 is a General purpose for tapes and stickers.

SYLVATAC RE 98 rosin ester is an economical pentaerythritol ester of tall oil rosin. This rosin ester is a broadly compatible tackifier. This is a versatile product for any application that can tolerate a slightly higher formulation color.

TACKIFIER 765 is a solvent-free, water borne tackifier dispersion. It is APEO free. The resin component is a high quality disproportionated rosin ester, designed to provide very good adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates. Ring & Ball value of the base resin = 64°C approx.

West Tech Chemical Ltd AT 840 is an aqueous, solvent free, anionic rosin ester dispersion recommended as a tackifier for acrylic latex polymers used in label, tape, and construction applications. The use of resin dispersion enhances specific adhesion to polyolefin substrates and recycled corrugated board.

Norst® PB-800 is Particulate for thermoplastic applications. It is odorless and highly stable.

Polybut™ 150 is a low molecular weight conventional polybutene.

Guangxi Zhongchang Resin RPF100W series resin series are made from modified rosin with special process. Provide excellent dissolvability in low carbon alcohol, light color aging resistance and light resistance.Widely used in alcohol soluble and water soluble precoated adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, plastic printing ink and electronic flux.

This product offers excellent heat stability and compatibility with various elastomers such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS), and used as tackifier for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-490 is water white aromatic modified, cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SBS block copolymers and metallocene polyolefins.

Kolon Industries HIKOREZ® C-1100 is pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic olefins and diolefins derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are tackifier for pressure sensitive adhesive, binder for hot melt road marking and rubber compounding agent for tires, tubes, rubber coated clothes and etc. And, this grade shows reinforced adhesive strength in the pressure sensitive adhesives because of its higher molecular weight compared to HIKOREZ® A-1100. .

RELEASE KB 100 DIL. 1,5 ECO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

V-TAC™ 9001 dispersion is an aqueous, 55% solids, solvent-free anionic rosin based dispersion compatible with the following latexes: acrylic, styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber and polychloroprene. V-TAC™ 9001 enhances adhesion as well as superior heat resistance. V-TAC™ 9001 is recommended as a tackifier for pressure sensitive and contact-bond adhesives.

ADD-3572 is an anionic silicone-free surface control additive for aqueous systems. It gives excellent leveling and anti-cratering properties in most aqueous resin systems.

SYLVARES TR 7115 polyterpene resin is a thermally stable polyterpene tackifier that can be used to tackify natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, and some polyolefin adhesives. It may also be used in investment casting applications.

Bisomer® LMA97 SP is a hydrophobic methacrylate monomer.

SYLVALITE RE 85GB rosin ester is an ester of stabilized Tall Oil Rosin. This light colored product has been formulated to provide excellent heat and aging stability. When compounded in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives, it provides excellent color stability when compared with other tackifiers of its type.

Polybut™ 6 is a low molecular weight conventional polybutene.

AQUATAC 2600 experimental resin dispersion is an alkyl phenol free rosin ester dispersion designed for high-performance waterborne pressure sensitive adhesives using the latest in surfactant technologies. This high solids tackifier dispersion is designed for use in Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) applications and combines high heat resistance with an excellent balance of shear, tack and peel properties.
