STEPANQUAT® Soleil is a modern hair conditioning agent that is better for the hair and the environment thanks to its better ecotoxicity profile compared to btac (behentrimonium chloride) and cetac (cetrimonium chloride). Additionally, stepanquat soleil is readily biodegradable, gmo-free, and derived from local renewable or sustainable feedstock. This copolymer is highly substantive and enhances the wet and dry properties of hair care products while improving the sensory feel of bath and shower products.

Silsense® DW-18 Silicone is a 100% active dimethicone copolyol ester. It is a water-dispersible liquid wax ester created by the reaction of isostearic acid with an alkyloxy-modified polydimethylsiloxane. SilSense DW-18 silicone is an easy-to-formulate product that may be used to impart the conditioning benefits of silicone to personal care products without contributing to the greasiness or buildup that is normally associated with water-insoluble silicone fluids.

Merquat™ PLUS 3331 polymer is an ampholytic terpolymer with a slightly higher molecular weight than Merquat™ PLUS 3330 polymer. Schercodine™ C amido-amine is a naturally derived, cationic surfactant. It is an effective conditioner in hair and skin care products. It is 98% active as a clear liquid tertiary amine. It is used in pH 3.4–4.4 formulations as a quaternary ammonium salt conditioner. It is used to replace quaternary cationic surfactants in rinse-off conditioners. Glucquat™ 125 humectant is a naturally-derived humectant and conditioning agent. It is a mild and effective alternative to harsh monomeric quaternary ammonium compounds. Silsense® Q-Plus Silicone is a 100% active, quaternary silicone compound that combines the conditioning benefits of traditional silicones and cationic quaternary compounds in a single molecule. SilSense Q-Plus silicone will add conditioning benefits to personal care products without the stability concerns that may be present with silicones or the irritancy that is often associated with quaternary ammonium compounds.
