DOWSIL(TM) 7-3100 Gum Blend HIP Emulsion is a High Internal Phase (HIP) emulsion of ultra-high viscosity dimethiconol in cyclopentasiloxane which provides emolliency and superior esthetics in skin care products. This product is water dilutable and can be easily incorporated into the water phase of a skin care formulation. DOWSIL 7-3100 Emulsion has been prepared with nonionic surfactants to provide maximum compatibility in formulations that contain other surfactants.

XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 500 cSt is a polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It spreads easily on both skin and hair, and it imparts a soft and velvety feel in personal care applications.

DOWSIL(TM) EL-9241 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend is a mixture of crosslinked silicone elastomer in non-volatile dimethicone fluid. It provides a silky smooth and long lasting feel on the skin. ACULYN(TM) 2051 Rheology Modifier is an inverse (water-in-oil) emulsion of sodium polyacrylate in dimethicone. This emulsion contains two surfactants, one to stabilize the thickening agent and the other to help bring the polymer into contact with the aqueous phase of the formulation. When the product is added to water, the polymer expands into the water phase to thicken and give stability to the preparation. As the formulation thickens, the oil-phase ingredients are emulsified and stabilized.
