Bomar™ BRC-843 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes an effective, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, cosmetic, electronic, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200oC for 30 minutes). In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BRC-843 also shows excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, PMMA, and Polystyrene. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

bossin® W-39 is a mono- functional, existence of rigid rod structure urethane groups and flexible carbon chain. Compare with other mono-functional monomer, the features have low viscosity, good flexibility, curing fast and low volatility.

PL-7210 has a unique combination of high tensile strength and good elongation, which results in excellent toughness upon curing. PL-7210 is also very low color.

PL-7000 is a low viscosity urethane dimethacrylate. When cured, PL-7000 exhibits good hardness and strength. PL-7000 is low in color.

Basis® F15 has Adipic Acid base used as adhesives, PU coatings, PU shoe soles, elastomers, PU flexible foam.

PL-7003 is a low viscosity urethane that exhibits very fast cure speeds. Upon curing, PL-7003 exhibits excellent hardness and very low color. PL-7003 can be used in formulations to add strength.

Cosmonate LI is made by turning part of Cosmonate PH, which is a crystal solid in room temperature, into carbodiimide. In room temperature, it stays as low-temperature liquid and is excellent in transparency especially when applied for special coating sectors. It is a lightyellow modified MDI developed to be handed and used conveniently.

POLIMER 4008 is a epoxy-acrylate oligomer with 20 % TMPTA.

PL-7130 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7130 creates a flexible yet tough polymer with percent elongation near 80%. PL-7130 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add flexibility.

PL-7113 is a non-yellowing urethane that exhibits a high degree of elongation. It also has a high rate of conversion with low average shrinkage stress. PL-7113 can be added to formulations to add toughness.

Cosmonate JG-50K is low adhesion degree Special Polymeric MDI which is used in manufacturing of electrolysis paint hardener. Cosmonate JG-50K is liquefied product in high temperature, so easy to treat for storage up to 10, as a Solvent Free type, mixed with one volume MDI of 4,4-Diphenyl-methane dilsocyanate, of which more than two volume, three volume, four volume's oligomer, has maximum 20cps(25 ) of adhesion degree and average 2.3~2.4 of sensory gear.

KELLOMER VK-420 is a aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer. It is characterized by low odor, and high molecular weight. The cured films exhibit excellent flexibility, non yellowing, and good adhesion to substrates.

PL-7121 is a novel low-shrink urethane monomer based on Esstech's proprietary methacrylate technology. PL-7121 possesses a volumetric shrinkage of 2.0 - 2.5% and conversion of 65 - 80% without filler. PL-7121 has very low color and can be added to formulations to add toughness. PL-7121 possess the excellent combination of superior elongation and strength.

PL-7110 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7110 creates a tough polymer with percent elongation near 60%. PL-7110 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add toughness.

PL-7002 is a tetrafunctional polymethacrylate. This increased functionality results in faster cure speeds due to increased cross-linking capacity. Upon curing, PL-7002 exhibits very high Shore D hardness values. PL-7002 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add strength.

KELLOMER VC-4010 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer. The cured films have good flexibility and improved adhesion to substrate.

Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers

KELLOMER STA-2350 is a star branched acrylate. Films of STA-2350 cured by UV/EB exhibit very high hardness and excellent scratch resistance to film and plastic.

KELLOMER STA-2130 is a star branched acrylate. Films of STA-2130 cured by UV/EB exhibit very high hardness with flexibility and excellent scratch resistance to film and plastic.

KELLOMER STA-2310 is a star branched acrylate. Films of STA-2310 cured by UV/EB exhibit very high hardness and excellent scratch resistance to film and plastic.

PL-7013 has a relatively low viscosity but upon curing exhibits high conversion and low shrinkage. It exhibits excellent flexibility once cured. PL-7013 is very low color.

KELLOMER VK-421 is a aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer. It is characterized by low odor, and high molecular weight. The cured films exhibit excellent flexibility, non yellowing, and good adhesion to substrates.

PL-7021 has a unique structure which results in a flexible cured product. Adding PL-7021 to formulations has been shown to increase toughness.

KELLOMER STA-2140 is a star branched acrylate. Films of STA-2140 cured by UV/EB exhibit high hardness with flexibility and excellent scratch resistance to film and plastic.

COSMONATE JG-70K is a special polymeric MDI of low viscosity used for electrostatic paint for CASE. COSMONATE JG-70K is kept in liquid state at ambient temperature, and is easy to store and handle at temperatures as low as 10℃. The solvent-free product has viscosity of up to 80 cps at 25℃ and a mean functional group of approx. 2.4, with a mixture of monomer MDI of 4,4-Di phenylmethane diisocyante, and its oligomer of dimer, trimer and quatromer.

CosmonatePH is pure monomeric MDI that has purified to high degree of purity. It is crystal white solid on normal temperature, and pure and clear like water when it is liquefied. And it’s monomeric MDI of 4,4 -, 2,4 -, 2,2 -diphenylmethane diisocyanate with fan shape structure that the organic function is 2. Especially, it has strong resistance of discoloration which is the property of monomeric MDI. So it has excellent inner discoloration stabilization against high temperature and ultraviolet rays.
