PEL-CAT™ CA100 is an efficient tertiary amine accelerator and curing agent for epoxy resin systems. It is a technical preparation of Tris-(Dimethylaminomethyl) Phenol, a Mannich base. This product functions as a Lewis base containing unshared electrons that facilitate the opening of the oxirane ring of epoxides. This compound shows marked acceleration because of the presence of the phenolic hydroxyl group. It is an activator for curing agents such as polyamides, amidoamines and amine adducts. PEL-CAT CA100 finds use in many applications including adhesives, casting and flooring. The low volatility of this product minimizes odors.

LAPOX® AH-420 is a low color, low viscosity modified cycloaliphatic amine adduct. It suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. It provides relatively faster reactivity and short pot life when cured with unmodified epoxy resins. It is mainly recommended for solvent-free and high solids coatings, gel coats and floor toppings. Good color and color stability are the promising features of this curing agent, which produces films with non-blushing and excellent gloss.

Dixie dodecenylsuccinic anhydride (DDSA) is a slightly viscous liquid anhydride. DDSA can be used as an epoxy curing agent for electrical potting compounds, coatings, conductive adhesives, and syntactic foams and also as an intermediate in the preparation of corrosion inhibitors for oils and greases.
