HALOX® CW-291 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. It is not recommended for use in immersion or semi-immersion environments. HALOX® CW-291 has the lowest oil absorption of all our borosilicate products and is recommended for use in protective coating systems based on alkyd technology. Because of its low oil absorption, HALOX® CW-291 is specifically suggested for use in high-solids, medium-gloss topcoats, DTM (direct-to-metal) finishes, and self-priming systems. HALOX® CW-291 is compliant with ASTM D 4288-83, specification for calcium borosilicate pigment type 1, class B.

LIOPUR PFL 3046 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on an oleochemical polyester that is surfactant- and TEA-free. It does not need any co-solvents for film formation. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films with medium surface hardness after air drying with good flexibility. It also exhibits very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. It has applications in furniture coatings, wood coatings and finishes, architectural coatings, metal coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

LIOPUR PFL 2634 is an aliphatic hydroxyl group containing polyurethane dispersion, stabilized with DMEA. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films. It is also suitable for 2C glass and plastic lacquers in combination with typical hardeners like water-dilute polyisocyanates. Films based on this formulation exhibit very good hydrolysis resistance due to the polymer composition of Liopur 2634. It has applications in metal coatings and industrial coatings.

LIOPUR PFL 2392 is an aqueous, aliphatic modified polyurethane dispersion based on polyester that is solvent- and triethylamin-free and free of surfactants. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2392 form transparent films that are tack-free and display a good surface resistance of approximately 50 sec. Pendulum hardness after König. Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2503 is a polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for general coating use on wood, plastic, and metal substrates. The product offers exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation, and UV degradation. HD-2503 is ideally suited for exterior applications where film durability and longevity are important considerations.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3615 is a Dar-Tech Hauthane polyurethane dispersion that provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings. The product has excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. It may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. It is mainly used in architectural coatings, DIY brush varnishes, and wood furniture.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-6000 is a polyester-based, hydroxyl-functional, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use with water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinkers such as Bayer’s Bayhydur 302 or Perstrop’s Easaqua X D 401 and M 501. The product, when crosslinked, provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings that may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. This product exhibits superior chemical resistance while maintaining excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4675 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as supplied or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It can be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-rolling or similar methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2125 is a hard, chemically resistant, polyester-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC and other plastic substrates. SYNTRAN® PU 1102 is an anionic, water-based, one-component polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion. It shows excellent corrosion resistance on cold-rolled sheet and good compatibility with additives. It is a self- emulsifying dispersion that offers good chemical resistance, high gloss and excellent weatherability and films easily at relatively low temperatures.
