Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM66 is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and n-butyl methacrylate. It offers hard heat resistance and durability. It also offers fast tack-free time, very good dry and wet adhesion to many plastic substrates like acrylic, ABS, PVC and polystyrene etc. BM66 is very compatible with many solvents and nitrocellulose and commonly used in applications of marine coating, plastic coating, gravure inks, silk screen printing inks.

Red 3765 is a Colorant for Plastic, Ink,Coating.

An ultra high-strength daylight fluorescent pigment for thinfilm solvent-based applications such as gravure and screen process inks. A dyed/pigmented melamine, sulphonamide, formaldehyde thermoset copolymer.

ADD-6225 is a fatty acid-based polymer to stabilize all kinds of pigments and extenders in water- and solvent-based systems, especially in decorative coatings. Due to the absence of solvents, ADD-6225 can be used as a wetting and dispersing agent for VOC-free applications. It is also suitable for the preparation of universal colorants for architectural paints and the improvement of their compatibility with the bases (post-addition). ADD-6225 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

bossin® W-21 improves the curing rate the formula and decrease the dosage of photoinitiator in color formula.

Yellow 1204 is a Colorant for Plastic, Paint, Ink and Stationery.

ADD-2021 is a silicone-free defoamer with leveling properties for various solvent-based resin systems. ADD-2021 functions well during the application of paints and lacquers, and also prevents the entrapment of air during processing steps such as stirring and pumping. ADD-2021 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

HFGEL-120-C is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. This Rheology Modifier is designed for medium to high polarity organic system, such as xylene-butyl acetate and xylene-butanol. The performance of HFGEL-120-C is similar to Bentone 27, SD-2.

TAFIGEL PUR 85 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 85 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 85 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. TAFIGEL PUR 85 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anticorrosive paints, adhesives, and printing inks.

Omnirad OMBB is a near odorless Type II photoinitiator which, when used with tertiary amine synergists, initiates radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.

BS-1C-0 is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. This Rheology Modifier is designed for low to medium polarity organic solvent system, such as mineral oil, paraffin oil, toluene, xylene, 200# solvent oil.

PL-DRK is a liquid photoinitiator compound developed specifically for dark and black inks and coatings. It provides an optimum balance between surface cure and through cure to enable the best possible adhesion in these systems. Because of it's optimum viscosity, it can be used in flexo, screen and paste inks without negatively effecting rheology. It is also well suited as a press side additive for the printer. PL-DRK is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers. It is insoluble in H2O.

Elite UVE2531-TM25 is a Epoxy Novolac or BPF glycidyl ether acrylate with 25% TMPTA and is BPA-free.

PHOTOMER® 5028 is a tri functional chlorinated polyester acrylate diluted in 40% Photomer® 4094 (GPTA). It has been designed for use in UV/EB curable formulations for substrates such as wood, paper, plastic and metal. The product can aid adhesion to difficult substrates such as plastics.

SZ 225 is an acrylate functional oligomeric amine resin generally used as an additive or diluents for more viscous oligomers. 2-Methyl-1-[4-(methylthio) phenyl]-2-morpholino propan-1-one is a type I photoinitiator primarily used in pigmented systems. It is oftentimes used with PL-ITX as a sensitizer to enhance the curing efficiency in inks. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.
