BAS 310 X-60 is a short oil alkyd resin based on soybean oil fatty acid which offers very good hardness, surface and deep drying, adhesion, flexibility and pigment wetting and dispersing.

PAT-ADD RHEOL 100 is HEUR based liquid rheology modifier for aqueous systems. This product contains low volatile organic components. PAT-ADD RHEOL 100 provides excellent anti-settling and anti-sagging properties while reducing risk of roller spattering during application. PAT-ADD RHEOL 100 is supplied in ready for use form and easily incorporated.

Alymers® AC 2205 is a glycidyl functionalized polyacrylic resin designed to maximize the balance of resin Tg, flow and reactivity for excellent coating appearance. The most used curing agent for Alymers® AC2205 is 1,12-dodecanedioic acid(DDDA), to produce high gloss, smoothness and clarity clear coat.

SiliXan® U 120 is silane modified Urethane acrylate used as binder for the formulation of high quality UV stable clearcoats or pigmented coatings, especially directly adherent hard coatings (pencil hardness 5-7H) for aluminum. Cobinder to improve the abrasion resistance and film hardness of solventbased polyurethane, epoxy, melamine or silicone resin systems.

Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers

x-bond® U 9068 is a bifunctional silane binder. It is a transparent, inorganic-organic high solid curing material. Exhibits scratch- and abrasion resistance with highest UV- and chemical stability. Applications in high-solid coatings, lacquers and solvent containing varnish formulations. Suited for formulation of spray, dip and brush-on paints as well as for fast curing coatings in roller application. Recommended for use in automotive coatings, clear coats, pigmented paints and coatings for plastic, wood or metal.

PL-CLR is a liquid photoinitiator compound developed specifically for thicker clear films where low yellowing is necessary. It provides a perfect balance between surface cure and through cure to enable the best possible adhesion in these systems. Because it’s a liquid, it works well as a press side additive for the printer. PL-CLR is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers. It is insoluble in H2O.

KTL 9S can be used widely, with a range of coating thickness(1 - 100 µm), and coatings(glossy or mat), printing inks. Since particle size distributions of our products are narrow, they excel in dispersibility, and can also be used for the clear top coat.

Defoamer for water-based coating systems, free of VOC. SCHWEGO foam 8339 can be used in all aqueous coating formulations. Kamicryl 61 is an 100% Acrylic Emulsion possessing excellent durability, adhesion, gloss and water resistance, designed for the formulation of premium quality exterior masonry paints and textured finishes. Paints based on Kamicryl-61 shows outstanding flow, leveling and film buildup. These properties improvement combined with excellent color acceptance and a high degree of resistance to dirt pickup, make it possible to formulate a wide range of premium paints. It is a surfactant stabilized system.

Afcona 3231 is a slip and leveling additive used mainly in metal and uv coatings.

PPG LO-VEL® HSF flatting agent is a synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide designed to reduce the gloss of high-solids, low volatile organic compounds (VOC) coatings.

SiliXan® U 310 E - 50/PM is urethane polymer with silicon ethoxy groups used as binder for the formulation of high quality UV stable clearcoats or pigmented coatings. The material shows good adhesion on metals like aluminum or stainless steel. For application on plastic like PC, PC-ABS or PMMA an adhesion primer is required.

SU 5260 is a tri-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for UV/EB cure coating applications requiring good abrasion resistance, good toughness, good stain resistance and non-yellowing properties.

Due to its multi-functionality, PAT-ADD SU 4S provides performance benefits in many applications; in paints, inks, adhesives and other chemical formulations. ADD-3033 is a cost-effective silicone surface additive to provide good substrate wetting of critical substrates and excellent anti-cratering by reduction of surface tension of the coating systems. It also improves surface slip, scratch resistance and anti-blocking properties. ADD-3033 improves dust and spray dust acceptance and allows higher film thickness on vertical surfaces. It reduces air draft sensitivity particularly in wood coatings. ADD-3033 prevents formation of Bénard cells and improves flatting agent orientation. It is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

STYACRYL A120 is APEO free aqueous copolymer emulsion based on Acrylic and Methacrylic Acid Esters.

PL-500 is a eutectic blend made up of a 1:1 mixture of PL-CPK and PL-BPO. It is well suited for applications where ease of use and good surface cure are needed. PL-500 is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers. It is insoluble in H2O.
