Deuteron SO 510 is a fine dispersion of an elastomer. It imparts coatings with a “soft touch” surface, even if the binder is not an especially soft or elastic type. At the same time it acts as a matting agent. The effect depends on the dosage and the system’s other components, particularly the binder. Deuteron SO 510 is resistant against solvents which are customary in the paint industry.The small particle size makes the product suitable for thin-film applications. Deocoat 3412 is fine particle size, surface treated precipitated silica. They are effective matting agents for pigmented as well as non-pigmented systems. Easy dispersion and effective properties over a wide field of application makes them particular suitable as general-purpose matting agents.

Deocoat 4112 is a fine granulated matting and texturing agent for paints and coatings. Deocoat 4112 are highly transparent micro beads, providing a unique texture and improving scratch resistance for surfaces. Deocoat 4112 is easy to mix in all kind of lacquer- and water-based formulations. Deocoat 4112 offers excellent solvent resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance of more than 280 °C.

SS-SIL 310 is micronized Silica (Gel Type ). It used as matting agent, anti-blocking agent and anti-cake agent.

Michem® Glide 37 provides mar, abrasion, slip and high temperature resistance for a variety of applications within the paint and coating industries.

Wood Kote Products LaqFlat-A is intended for professional use only. It is a flatting agent additive formulated to reduce gloss levels in nitrocellulose-based lacquers. It is an additive and not a coating, and thus it is not subject to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission requirements for Architectural and Industrial Maintenance coatings (effective 13Sep99).

Köstrosol® A 1530 is an opalescent aqueous dispersion of amorphous silicon dioxide nanoparticles. This middle-size colloidal silica has a negatively charged surface (anionic) which is stabilized by Alkaline (Na+) and coated by aluminum oxide. Köstrosol® A 1530 with the tested specification values receives an documented addition of sodium hypochlorite in order to obtain a residual chlorine content of between 1 - 3 mg/L (as Cl2) at the time of delivery.

Nordkalk Wicroll 40 is characterized by different particle sizes and low, medium or high aspect ratio (L/D). In addition, wollastonite products are available surface treated, e.g. in plastics to enhance dispersion in polymer resin. Due to its unique chemical composition, particle structure and high brightness, wollastonite offers many advantages for glazing and body formulations in ceramic applications. Wollastonite is used as a functional filler in paint & coating applications, where technical requirements are high.

CERETAN® MM 8220 is a Spherical, micronized, partially saponified Montan wax (Montan wax "OP"). This product in paints and coatings is used as an excellent matting effect, ideal surface properties, wax density ca. 1.00 g/cm³ analog to water and oils, ideal for low surfactant formulations, very good adhesion on uneven, porous, flexible and soft grounds, less hydrophobic than other micronized waxes, for hydrophilic systems/pigments, and in Masterbatch it is used as a dispersing agent, lubricant, 100 to 400 times smaller particles compared to course powder (e. g.“Montan wax OP powder“).
