Nordkalk W635 is characterized by different particle sizes and low, medium or high aspect ratio (L/D). In addition, wollastonite products are available surface treated, e.g. in plastics to enhance dispersion in polymer resin. Due to its unique chemical composition, particle structure and high brightness, wollastonite offers many advantages for glazing and body formulations in ceramic applications. Wollastonite is used as a functional filler in paint & coating applications, where technical requirements are high.

Shanghai Tengmin Industry Special Barium Sulfate First Class is a white powdery substance, non-toxic, tasteless, insoluble in water, acid, alkali and organic solvents, only soluble in hot concentrated sulfuric acid, and does not react with any gas.

Juraperle 15 is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 15 is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor and a loose bulk density of 0.75 g/cm3.

Hubercarb® G260 is a high purity, medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia. The G260 particle distribution offers a wide range of applications from carpet backing to cleansers, joint compounds to PVC flooring, concrete to oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

SEPASIL® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

Piq-White Ultra Premium Filler 30 is fine sized dry pulverized carbonate filler. Material is available in 50 lb. paper bags, palletized and stretch-wrapped, 1500 lb. mini bulk bags or in bulk. Piqua Minerals fillers are available with various average particle sizing for other filler applications.

The Hindustan Mineral Products SSW Barytes 240# are the different names given to the same mineral having composition BaSO4 (Barium Sulfate). Barytes has higher specific gravity and lower bulking value. It has low oil absorption and it has high resistance to acids and alkalies.

The controlled particle distribution allows G40-200 to be used as a texturizing agent, in plaster, EIFS, in abrasives, PVC flooring, and oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

I-POZZ™ is hydrated aluminosilicate mineral that occurs as plate-like sheets that commonly appear as “stacked books”. It is used for paper coating, filler, paint, plastics, fiberglass, catalysts, and other specialty applications.
