Trapylen® 130 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene celebrated for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. Versatile in its applications, it serves as either a straight primer or an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary use extends to paintings and coatings for molded parts and sealing profiles in the automotive industry, encompassing applications such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals. Additionally, Trapylen® finds utility in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals. Moreover, it is employed in industrial settings where PP-based plastics undergo chemical pretreatment.

Naxonac® HP1000 is an adhesion promoter for paints, coatings, and adhesives, and it can also be used as a surfactant. It consists of alkyl ether phosphate. The product appears as a clear, yellow liquid with an acrylic odor and is dispersible in water.

Adhesion Promoter for Paints and Coatings / Metallic PigmentsBorchi® Gen HE is a silicone-free paint adhesion promoter additive designed to enhance adhesion in coatings applied to metal substrates. This solution is recommended for baking paints and primers. Borchi® Gen HE is an oil-free polyester resin solution supplied as 60% in xylene.

Especially, this product is suitable for production of decorated plywood because it excels in adhesion with polyvinylchloride sheet and plywood/canvas, and has excellent creep resistance. And this product is able to be used as an adhesion (creep resistance) improver by blending it to resin emulsion type adhesion such as anion/nonionic type EVA, acryl, SBR and vinyl acetate.

UMEX 5200 is a specially-developed acid modified low-molecular-weight polypropylene. This product has a higher degree of modification and lower melt viscosity compared with conventional acid modified polypropylene. Therefore, polyolefin blended with the products excels in dispersibility of both pigments and fillers in resins, readily adheres to other materials. Moreover, this product works exceedingly well for improving molding processability of various resins.

A methacrylato functional organic adhesion promoter synthesized using a STABILIZED BIMETAL PRECURSOR. The product is supplied in a solvent carrier consisting of propylene glycol to aid in rapid dispersion and solubilization of the active component in polymer matrices.

Andisil® OH 50,000 is a Silanol terminated fluid.Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

EBECRYL® 767 is an acid-functionalized acrylic resin diluted with 38% isobornyl acrylate (IBOA) monomer. This light-colored, moderately viscous resin is designed as an adhesion-promoting additive and can also serve as a primer or top coat. It functions as a coupling agent and oligomer, contributing to improved adhesion. The resin comes with labeling claims of being low in carbon footprint (PCF), bisphenol A-free, solvent-free, and VOC-free. PUREti™ TIC 35 is an improved version of PUREti TIC30. It’s provide better stability to the ink as well as improve adhesion on polymer substrate. PUREti TIC 35 is an acetylacetone free titanium chelate. The phosphate ligand confers increased stability to the titanate compared with the titanium alkoxides.

SR3602-37W is an aromatic polyamide-imide solution which can be utilized for producing coatings where excellent chemical and thermal resistance is required.

Epoxy functional silane used used to improve dry and wet strength in cured composites reinforced with glass fiber rovings. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

EBECRYL® 4250 is an undiluted isocyanate functional urethane acrylate designed as an adhesion promoter in UV and EB coatings.
