DCL Corporation 1816 Dianisidine Orange, PO.16 is a blue shade orange pigment for use in plastic, ink and coating applcations. DCC Orange 1816 can also be used as a lead free alternative to molybdate orange.

PEW-0274 has uniform particle size, easy to disperse, is the excellent additive of high performanced coating. PEW-0274 is suitable for offset printing ink, solvent-based flexo printing ink, and solvent-based gravure ink. It can greatly improve the abrasion resistance of solvent-based inks, reduce the friction coefficient of ink, has good adaptability with benzene soluble ink, alcohol soluble Ink and resin soluble ink. Can improve the abrasion resistance and scratch resistance of all kinds of surface coatings, has good transparency, can be used in wood coatings, plastic paints, coil coatings and other areas like this.

Trionol™ 1739 A is a Lawter™ specialty alkyd. Trionol 1739 A is a medium oil-length soya oil alkyd that forms hard, tough ink films with low odor. It has better compatibility with hard resins than Terlon 7 A and is recommended for low odor inks used on napkins, food cartons, etc. Trionol 1739 A is an excellent replacement for linseed alkyds in heatset inks whenever it is cost effective to do so. Trionol 1739 A is recommended for three-piece flat metal decorating lithography. It has good baking properties on metal with good color retention at oven temperatures up to 370°F. Faster baking can be achieved by adding up to 10% melamine to finished inks based in Trionol 1739 A. Trionol 1739 A avoids the gloss ghosting or yellow ghosting that sometimes occurs in sheetfed inks.

Mazcol BLUE 152 is an organic pigment.

bossin® W-21 improves the curing rate the formula and decrease the dosage of photoinitiator in color formula.

JRCure-1059 is white to off white powder in appearance.

Quindo Violet BH-201 is Pigment for Inks and Plastics and Coating.

BECKOSOL® 1272 is a 100% solids, long oil soya alkyd which offers a wide range of compatibility with other film formers.

Ultrafine™ 1000 A is a finely micronized polyethylene wax powder recommended when maximum rub and mar resistance, block resistance, slip, re-coatability and elevated processing temperatures are required. The average particle size of Ultrafine 1000 A is 7 microns with a narrow distribution of particle sizes for ease of dispersion and uniformity during processing. Addition levels range from 0.5 to 3%, depending upon application requirements.

Mazcol BLUE 153 is an organic pigment.

POLYTONETM K-97 HH is practically acidless, unsaponifiable Ketone Formaldehyde Resin which is very light in color, has excellent light resistance and show but very slight tendency to solvent retention. Addition of this resin in general improves gloss, hardness, filling, adhesive strength and durability. POLYTONE K-97

Versal® Red HF3S is a monoazo grade. It is an organic pigment. Exhibits solvent fastness, reagent fastness, light fastness, weather fastness, overspray fastness, migration fastness and heat resistance. Suitable for offset printing inks and decorative paint. Recommended for UV-cured printing inks, nitrocellulose printing inks, water-based printing inks and decorative laminates printing inks.

Versal® YELLOW 10G is Monoazo pigment. Used in flexografic, gravure, offset, letter inks and water based paints.

DHANVEEN PIGMENTS Pigment Alpha blue 15.0-DLC-11 is a pigment with chemical name called copper phthalocyanine which is used in coatings, water and solvent based paints.

Shanghai Tengmin Industry Pigment Yellow 151 is more greenish yellow pigment, half transparent, high color strength and used in a wide range of coatings offering excellent dispersibility and light resistance.

PL-100 is a 70:30 blend of oligo [ 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-[ 4-(1-methylvinyl) phenyl] propanone] and 2-Hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone. It is a fast curing type-I photoinitiator soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

Optirub™ SP1 A is a finely, micronized blend of tough polyethylene wax and premium grade PTFE. Optirub SP1 A is processed to a 6 micron average particle size and formulated to give a high degree of surface lubricity and rub resistance in inks and coatings. Addition levels range from 0.5 to 3%, depending upon application requirements.

JRCure-1107 is white powder in appearance.

SUNPOL 4051 is soya based long oil alkyd. It is a clear/slightly hazy viscous, amber solution. It provides excellent drying and non-yellowing properties. Suitable for high quality exterior penetrating finishes and interior and exterior architectural enamels. It is used in heat-set inks.

FluorAcryl 1939 is a bifunctional perfluoropolyether (PFPE) urethane acrylate. FluorAcryl is a surface modifier that improves gloss. It is compatible and miscible with low molecular weight reactive UV-curable diluents and acrylic monomers. Some of the properties of FluorAcryl 1939 include good release agent, good water and oil repellency and good chemical resistance. As a surface modifier this also offers good hardness, substrate-wetting and flow-properties. Recommended dosage is between 0.5–5% w/w. During application and UV light curing, FluorAcryl blooms quickly and effectively on the surface of the coating, imparting low surface energy and non-stick E2C properties. FluorAcryl is made for UV curable coatings use.

Prasad International Pigment Yellow 1 is recommended for decorative paints but limited suitability to automotive paints and general industrial paints.

JRCure-1103 is transparent yellow liquid in appearance.

Micronized Polyethylene wax

Sacryl WBE 6315 is used for high concentration paste milling. It has good transparency, color developing, printing adaptation, good compatibility, non-yellowing in film. It has good re-solubility with any ratio of water or ethanol.
