AQACell® HIDE 6399 X is an aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on styrene, intended for industrial use only as a raw material. Its applications span various areas, including paints and coatings for building and construction architectural coatings, concrete coatings and stains, decorative paints, wood coatings and finishes, as well as fence, decks, rails, and siding and trim. The physical form of this product is a liquid.

SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

SILRES® BS 1803 is a solvent-free emulsion based on organo-modified silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically designed to act as a water-repellent admixture for semi-dry concrete and other non-load-bearing cement-based building materials, including paving stones and concrete blocks. SILRES® BS 710 is a permanent anti-graffiti coating designed to protect concrete, masonry, wood, and pre-existing coatings. It is based on polyorganosiloxanes and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. SILRES® BS 710 is a single-component product that cures at room temperature with ambient moisture. The cured coating offers excellent release properties and ease of removal for most permanent markers and aerosol paints.

SILRES® BS 1802 is an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete in its undiluted form. Additionally, it can be utilized as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products. SILRES® BS 1802 effectively prolongs the service life of concrete structures by inhibiting the alkali-silica reaction (ASR).

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

StanChem Polymers SC 6477 is a highly efficient, alkali-swellable acrylic emulsion that is recommended for thickening synthetic emulsions. SC 6477 can be incorporated directly into a binder system. Thickening begins with the addition of ammonia, sodium hydroxide or an amine to raise the pH to 7.0-8.0 for maximum thickening.

SILRES® BS Creme C is an aqueous, solventless, creamy, silane-based water repellent. It is a high-quality specialty product designed for the hydrophobic impregnation of both normal and reinforced concrete. It is commonly used in applications related to concrete protection, construction materials, hydrophobic impregnation, and infrastructure.

Syntran® 6301 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for low-VOC stain-blocking paints and primers. It has excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot, and water stains. Syntran® 6301 is recommended for interior use and also for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates, such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc.

Syntran® 1671 is based on a patented bimodal technology with film-forming properties. This technology combines two different ionic structures in the same polymer network, increasing the adhesion to multiple substrates while providing a firm film. This technology allows a formulator to take advantage of the good aspects of cationic acrylic without the traditional compatibility issues.

This technology gives formulators the option to post-add crosslinkers that will react with either the free acid groups or hydroxyl groups on the backbone of the polymer.

It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as supplied or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It can be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-rolling or similar methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2125 is a hard, chemically resistant, polyester-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC and other plastic substrates. It may also be formulated to provide gloss topcoats on cementitious, metal, and wood substrates. This product exhibits superior chemical resistance properties while maintaining excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3615 is a Dar-Tech Hauthane polyurethane dispersion that provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings. The product has excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. It may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. It is mainly used in architectural coatings, DIY brush varnishes, and wood furniture.

PerformaSil™ 200 Anti-Graffiti Coating is a single-component, water-based silicone elastomer that dries to form a tough, durable film that provides long-lasting, permanent graffiti and water protection. It cures to form a breathable membrane that is impervious to water and protects surfaces from spray paint, marker, and felt tip pens.
