DYTEK® A amine (2-methylpentamine-1,5-diamine) is a methyl branched diamine with differential reactivity of each amine group that allows for crystallinity disruption in various applications such as high temperature nylon and polyamides, polyurethane chain extenders, and epoxy hardeners. It is also used in applications such as water treatment, corrosion inhibition, and metalworking fluids where amine functionality and pH control are important. DYTEK®A has 93% recycle content. BECKOCURE® EH 2240/70MP, a polyamine-based adduct hardener, is notable for being free of volatile amines. When combined with compatible epoxy resins, this hardener facilitates the creation of high-performance 2K high-solids anticorrosion primers. Its primary function is as a curing agent, and it finds application in solventborne coatings and 2K (2-component) coatings, particularly in the realm of automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHACRYL® 700 is a TMA-free and VOC-free powder coating designed for the automotive and transportation, paints and coatings, and printing and packaging markets. It serves multiple applications, including automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings such as coil and metal, various packaging coatings like can, film, and foil, and overprint varnishes. Compatible with metal substrates, this product appears as pale granules in its solid form, featuring matting properties.

Vilacryl 850J52 is 2 pack isocyanate curing acrylics which is used in O.E.M. and agricultural refinishing application.

CARDAMINE H 662 BX65 is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. This grade is pre-diluted in xylene. CARDAMINE H662BX65 is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

Technicure® DCMU is a substituted urea. It is used as a dicyandiamide (DICY) accelerator in one-component epoxy resin based formulations. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin and dicyandiamide between 1-3 phr. The loading level of an accelerator will provide balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.

Technicure® 101 is an Imidazole Epoxy Adduct Curing Agent.

Resicure® 2MI is commonly used as a sole curing agent or as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator in epoxy resin based formulations. Typical loading level as a sole curing agent is about 3-5 phr and as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator is about 0.5 – 1.5 phr. Jet milled grade of Resicure imidazole is available as Resicure 2MI-J.

Lu'An Jietonda New Material K7312 low temperature curing accelerator for powder coatings.Jietonda® K7312 is a curing accelerator specially used for polyester/GMA system, which can significantly improve the degree of crosslinking of the system, thereby improving the solvent resistance and impact resistance of the coating film.

Lu'An Jietonda New Material SA316 is a Curing accelerator for powder coatings.Jietonda® SA316 is a special quaternary ammonium compound that can be used as curing accelerator for powder coatings based on Epoxy, Epoxy/Polyester hybrid and Polyester/TGIC to improve curing performance. It may also be used as internal catalyst for carboxyl terminated polyester resin to provide lower cure temperature or shorter baking time.

Genesee Polymers' GP-532 SILICONE EMULSION is a stable emulsion of an ultra high viscosity hydroxyl terminated dimethyl silicone polymer. GP-532 contains 35% by weight silicone polymer, along with non-ionic and anionic emulsifiers, allowing stable dilutions in both hard and soft water. GP-532 is especially well suited for use as an ingredient in formulations intended for rubber or plastic lubrication. The reactive hydroxyl functionality also provides a method of curing applied coatings, suggesting applications in fiber and textile treatments. GP-532 contains no solvent or volatile organic compounds, containing only water as a carrier.

CARDAMINE H 741 is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. This grade is solvent free although solution versions are available for ease of handling. CARDAMINE H741 is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

LAPOX® AH-543 (XH-80) is a light colored, low viscosity phenalkamine based on cashew nut shell liquid. It can able to cure modified and unmodified epoxy resin at room temperature as well as low temperatures up to 5°C. It is able to demonstrate good curing characteristic in presence of moisture and high humid conditions. When cured with epoxy resins it provides superior corrosion protection coupled with excellent film forming ability and adhesion to variety of substrates.

Lu'An Jietonda New Material K7318 is a Low temperature curing accelerator for powder coatings.Jietonda® K7318 is a new anti-yellowing low temperature curing accelerator,designed for powder coatings based on PES/TGIC and hybrid, to reduce curing temperature or shorten curing time.

Resicure® D-5 is a pulverized grade of dicyamdiamide with an average particle size of about 5 micron. The products contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and improve flow. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin between 3-8 phr. Technicure® D-5 reacts with epoxy resin at temperatures higher than 170°C unless an accelerator is used. Suggested accelerators include Technicure® LC-80, Technicure® LC-100 and substituted ureas such as Technicure® MDU-11M, Technicure® PDU-250M and Technicure® TDU-200M. The type and loading level of an accelerator will provide excellent balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.

CARDAMINE H 741 LV is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. CARDAMINE H741LV is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

Technicure® D-44 is a pulverized grade of dicyandiamide with an average particle size of about 20 micron. The products contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and improve flow. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin between 3-8 phr. Due to larger particle size, the products offers lower exothermic heat than the finer grade of Dicy. Technicure® D-44 reacts with epoxy resin at temperatures higher than 170°C unless an accelerator is used. Suggested accelerators include Technicure® LC-80, Technicure® LC-100 and substituted ureas such as Technicure® MDU-11M, Technicure® PDU-250M and Technicure® TDU-200M. The type and loading level of an accelerator will provide excellent balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.
