HyPUR-cel® I2018 is a flexible polyurethane foam, characterized by exceptional high temperature compression set performance while maintaining excellent tensile, tear and elongation properties. These materials were developed for use in a diverse set of applications that include transportation, construction, footwear and industrial markets.

Polyflo® 30 is a C11-C30 aromatic mixture of hydrocarbons used as a secondary plasticizer and extender oil in flexible PVC, polyurethane elastomers, rubber and epoxies.

WC-595 A/B is a two-part, clear, 90 Shore A polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use wherever a tough, flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. It is UV light andoxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-595 A/B does not contain MOCA, MDA or TDI. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

HyPUR-cel® R1205 is a unique polyurethane foam characterized by low hysteresis loss, high resilience, exceptional compression fatigue and compression set characteristics, and outstanding high energy return performance. These characteristics, along with the breathable nature of open-cell polyurethane, Which is a preferred alternative for high performance athletic insoles, gasketing, die ejection, and other demanding applications where resilient energy return is required.

BJB’s MD Series of semi rigid, medium work time urethane elastomers exhibit great flexibility and excellent durability. These tough, abrasion resistant systems easily process at room temperature.The MD Series is perfect for larger or more complex parts and offers superior performance in many applications such as rollers, foundry tooling and high impact semi rigid parts. For faster work times consider BJB’s FD Series of elastomers.

Solid Vulkollan® 18/40 fills the gap in the hardness range between rubber-elastic materials and hard plastics (e.g. polyamide) and can be adjusted between 65 Shore hardness A and 70 Shore hardness D. Due to its excellent property profile, Vulkollan® is used in all areas of industry where the highest demands are placed on the material. Articles of different geometries from a few grams to more than 100kg unit weight can be produced economically both in large series and in individual production.

Classic Satin Armor 2K Aliphatic-Polyurethane Sealer is a clear, 2-part component, voc< 19/1 63% solids, waterborne, special blend sealer that is designed to be used over all of our stains, as well as polymer modified cementitious toppings, masonry, concrete and waterborne colorants. May be used for exterior & interior. Satin Armor 2k provides UV stability and will not yellow.

WC-575 A/B is a two-part, clear, colorless aliphatic-based polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. Itis UV light and oxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-575 A/B does not contain MOCA, TDI, or MDA. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

Vulkollan® 18W has an excellent level of properties such as high resilience, very low abrasion loss, extremely low compression set, high thermal stability, excellent tear and tear propagation resistance.
