Lytex® 4181 is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 12K tow.

Norsodyne® VUP-6737S - terephthalic resin for SMC-BMC, high strength , good surface gloss. It is generally used in industrial sector applicatons.

HexTow® PAN based carbon fiber is available in 1/4 inch chopped fiber lengths, sized for compatibility with various resin matrix systems and processes. Z-PEI 1010 is a blend of PEI slightly stronger than Z-PEI 9085 and with higher heat deflection temperature. The material can withstand temperatures reaching 208° C. It is also harder than Z-PEI 9085 which makes it perfect for scenarios where high rigidity is of paramount importance. Norsodyne® G-550Y is general purpose orthophthalic resin for hand lay up and spray up with high strength and it is generally used in automotive, industrial sector, marine applicatons.

AtenPly GPP35 are thin sheets of continuous reinforcement fibers impregnated with thermoplastic resin. APCM DA 409U/S2-glass is a tough, versatile, modified epoxy resin prepreg that cures at 250ºF. The S-2 glass is a Zentron High Strength fiber. Standard weight is 260g/m2 with a 38% resin content. Other weights and resin contents available upon request.

Technobasalt® Roving is a bundle of continuous unidirectional complex basalt fibers. Roving has high natural strength, resistance to aggressive environments, long service life and excellent electrical insulation properties. In terms of its technical characteristics, basalt roving surpasses S-glass and E-glass in many respects, and is not much inferior to carbon. Basalt roving is extremely heat-resistant: the temperature range for long-term use is from –260°C to +680°C. It can withstand temperatures up to 1000 °C for a short time.

V95X is a high performance general purpose copolymer fluoroelastomer (FKM). PEEK is a polyetheretherketone materials are suitable for the production of components that are intended for continuous use under the toughest conditions. In addition to a very high continuous service temperature (up to +260°C), PEEK also has extremely high strength and rigidity with good toughness at the same time. In addition, PEEK is characterized by excellent abrasion resistance, excellent sliding properties and a low linear thermal expansion coefficient.
