125-21 is a silver/silver chloride, one component, chemically resistant, medical electrode epoxy ink and coating suitable for application by screen-printing. This product features excellent adhesion to polyimide, polyester, polycarbonate, glass, and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and acetone as well as many other chemistries. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Some applications for 125-21 include, but are not limited to, polymer thick film circuitry, trans-dermal drug delivery, ECG and EKG electrodes, defibrillator pads, tens electrodes and muscle stimulator electrodes. 125-21 is formulated to be screen-printed but can also be syringe dispensed, dipped and sprayed. 117-23(S) is a medical grade, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by stamping, screen printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. POL100 / POL200 - 3D Printing Polyimide Tape MG Chemicals Polyimide film is a lightweight, flexible 2mm crystalline film with a silicone adhesive designed for heated 3D printer beds. It works well at low temperatures, does not soften when subjected to heat, and provides an excellent release surface at elevated temperatures. It offers superior tensile strength, good elongation, is chemical-resistant, and serves as a surface protector for printer beds.

RTV103 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. 9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration-resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through. For a flame retardant version, use 9200FR.

8329TCM is a 2-part thermally conductive epoxy adhesive. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This adhesive is most often used as heatsink glue, attaching heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs, or other heat generating electronics components. This compound has been formulated for high thermal conductivity. It is highly viscous and must be mixed by hand prior to application. For a lower viscosity use 8349TFM. For a shorter working time, use 8349TFM. For a longer working time, use 8329TCS.

8329TCF is a thermally conductive, fast-cure two-part epoxy adhesive. It is off-white, smooth, viscous, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. It is also flame retardant and meets the UL 94V-0 standard. For a 1 mL quantity, a minimal service cure can be achieved in 15 minutes at room temperature, and a full cure in 4 hours. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips and automatic dispensing systems. 8329TCF has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity. For a lower viscosity, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TCM or 8329TCS.

EPOXIBOND™ EB-119SP is unfilled, low viscosity, heat curing, high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive. It maintains high lap shear strength up to 210°C and has excellent thermal and chemical resistance. It can be used for bonding, coating, and sealing applications where a thin film with high insulating resistance is required, particularly at elevated temperatures. It is recommended for bonding metals, glass, and ceramic substrates. It has long pot-life and has an amber color change upon cure.

CGSTAPE - 8158 is a polyimide backing and acrylic adhesive offers excellent chemical and thermal resistance with excellent electrical insulating properties. This tape is used where toughness and puncture resistance are required.

CALTRAN™ 60-08 C50A insulating oils are developed using high quality base stocks to deliver a product that provides excellent performance in electrical service.
