SABIC's Specialties Business SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 is a flexible polyetherimide (PEI)-siloxane copolymer for cable and wire coatings. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 1010F Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and global food compliance (FDA, CN, EC). Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may provide low staining, microwave transparent and cold to the touch solutions. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque. ELASTOSIL® M 4670 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is primarily used for making shrink-free molds with excellent reproduction accuracy. Additionally, this grade is compliant with FDA and BfR regulations for food contact applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business SILTEM™ Resin STM1600 is a high-quality, flexible polyetherimide (PEI)-siloxane copolymer specifically designed for wire and cable applications. It offers a halogen-free flame retardant solution according to VDE 0472, as well as low smoke emission and toxicity. This amber-colored, transparent material can be self-colored and easily processed using conventional equipment. It may also be suitable for flexible profiles or injection-molded parts. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 2310EPR resin is a further improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. Beside enhanced flow the material offers enhanced metal adhesion in Electroplated applications. The material is opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin PW2210 is an imporved flow 20% glass fiber reinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that is offering a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. The material has global food contact compliance (FDA, CN, EC), potable water certifications: NSF 61, KTW-BWGL, EN16421. REG4, ACS, WRAS re-certifications are in progress. Features are excellent mechanical, and dimension properties up to high temperatures also under wet conditions. The material offers very good hydrolytic and chemical resistance for an amorphous material. The material is RoHS compliant. Certified colors are natural (transparent amber) and black.

AUR210G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled grade based on ULTEM recycle. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. ELASTOSIL® M 4641 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4641 A/B is in vacuum casting for rapid prototyping, especially if crystal-clear casting resins are used. This grade is also compliant with FDA and BfR regulations for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® M 4514 is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and condensation-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. This grade exhibits outstanding chemical resistance to attack by polyester and polyurethane resins, resulting in a significantly extended mold life. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4514 is in making cost-effective molds, particularly well-suited for casting PE (polyethylene) and PU (polyurethane) resins.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

Added features of this grade include: Biocompatible (ISO10993), Improved Processing, Low Extractables, Healthcare.
