SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 1000P100 Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) powder. This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 100 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 150 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS. The base material is transparent amber colored.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin CRS5001 Transparent is a standard flow polyetherimide copolymer (Tg 225C) with enhanced chemical resistance to strong acids, bases, aromatics, and ketones. It is ECO-compliant and has a UL94 V0 listing. An ideal alternative to polysulfone, ULTEM™ Resin CRS5001 Transparent meets the flame, smoke, and OEM toxicity requirements beneficial for aerospace interior applications such as connectors in hidden spaces. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque.

LNP THERMOCOMP UF0069S compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Flame Retardant, Heat Stabilized.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

ULTEM™ Resin 4001 is a PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PPE 640 powder is a medium-high molecular weight polymer based on Polyphenylene Ether (PPE). This material is intended for use as an additive or a building block in a variety of thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers such as Styrenic Block Copolymers. PPE powder can be used to improve properties (i.e. Heat Distortion and Creep Resistance). It is hydrolytically stable and non-hydroscopic (typically less than 0.2% water uptake). The polymer is soluble in common organic solvents like toluene, chloroform, and THF. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also has good near-IR transparency and a high refractive index, making it an excellent candidate for SMT applications that require injection moldable optical lenses and connectors. The material is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B standards. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The material has global food contact compliance (FDA, CN, EC), potable water certifications: NSF 61, KTW-BWGL, EN16421. REG4, ACS, WRAS re-certifications are in progress. Features are excellent mechanical, and dimension properties up to high temperatures also under wet conditions. The material offers very good hydrolytic and chemical resistance for an amorphous material. The material is RoHS compliant. Certified colors are natural (transparent amber) and black.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN WF0061BiQ is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate compound, utilizing iQ PBT chemical recycling process of Ocean Bound PET water bottles with minimum 28% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good flow and UL V-0 rating at 0.8 mm thickness.
