PowerKote is a thermally cured Dry Film Lubricant. DFL-1 makes use of a unique binding system to retain high temperature stability while reducing friction. The film thickness of DFL-1, as applied, ranges from .0005" to .001". DFL-1 achieves full cure at 300°F, after 1 hour at temperature. When cured, DFL-1 is not affected by most chemicals. DFL-1 is not designed to provide corrosion resistance as it is normally used as a “wet” lubricant in conjunction with oil or other liquid lubricants. The lubricating ingredients in DFL-1 can lubricate at pressures above 350,000 PSI. Parts coated with DFL-1 will experience extended life compared to uncoated parts.

OrgaCon screen-printable inks are based on conductive polymer PEDOT/PSS patterning of transparent conductive structures from plain down to a resolution of 100 microns on flexible and rigid substrates such as PET, PC, PMMA, PI and glass. These inks can achieve excellent characteristics such as flexibility and formability for electrodes of electroluminescent lamps, capacitive touch sensors and membrane switches. OrgaCon clear conductive inks eliminate the need for ITO and provide flexibility not found using ITO.

HC™ Heat Cure is a scientifically formulated coating that uses nanotechnology to create a semi-permanent barrier on the surface of a mold which is only 100 nanometers in thickness and facilitates extraordinary plastic or rubber part release. HC coating is designed to be applied when the mold is out of the press.

Protal ARO™ is a VOC free, 100% solids liquid epoxy coating formulated to be applied over FBE as an ARO coating (abrasion resistant overlay). It is a 3:1 ratio coating that can be spray or hand applied in the shop or field.

Clinton is a range of industrial corn starches manufactured by ADM. It consists of unmodified, acid-modified, or oxidized corn starches that can be used in chemical production, paper manufacturing, and thermal conversion processes. These corn starches can be used as a binder, film former, oil absorber, rheology modifier, stabilizer, or texturizer in various applications.

Tripoxy is a 2-part, high solids, high gloss epoxy enamel. This coating cures to an extremely dense and hard finish, without being brittle. Impermeable and insensitive to water, Tripoxy is suitable for submersion service. With excellent adhesion, this coating provides excellent resistance to common solvents, alkalis, and splash and spills from most acids.
