BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflex® / SG 85 HT A.01 is a TPE-S, Shore A85, with improved compression set at high temperatures. It is available in various Shore hardnesses from below A10 to more than D50 and is often used as a substitute for rubber due to the cost-effective processing in the injection molding process. It is soft and flexible, can be colored freely, shows good elastic behavior up to 100°C and is pleasant to the touch. A wide range of modified compounds is available, e.g. adhesion-modified types for 2K injection molding, printable types, variants with optimized compression set, etc.

TPE-S, Shore A65, translucent. Abrasion resistant, high dynamic resilience, good DVR and good adhesion to PP in 2K injection molding.
