This material contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant with a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3.9 mm and V1 at 3mm. NORYL™ FNH2160 resin offers fast cycle time, improved processing, and exhibits good dimensional stability and low moisture absorption. The unique combination of properties in this structural foam material allows for designing optimum wall thickness in computer and business machine applications, electrical enclosures/housings, medical equipment, and hospital bed rails and components.

LNP LUBRICOMP ZL003 compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PX2938 resin is a 20% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection molding and extrusion grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 0.75mm. NORYL PX2938 resin exhibits high heat resistance, high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for industrial applications such as cooling fans. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. NORYL™ SE1GFN1 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. NORYL HNA055 resin may be an excellent candidate for applications requiring extended duty sterilization cycles such as sterilization trays, dental trays, surgical instrument handles, and animal cages.
