POWERSIL® 311 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product is specifically recommended for the production of electrical insulating equipment used outdoors, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more. It is particularly suitable for extruded parts that are cured in the air.

POWERSIL® 600 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It is specifically designed for casting applications and forms soft products with high mechanical strength. This ready-to-use, two-component system is very easy to process thanks to its low viscosity. It offers excellent dielectric properties and is best suited for outdoor applications due to its UV and weathering resistance, as well as its excellent hydrophobic properties.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/70 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically developed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and demonstrate good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber displays good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. POWERSIL® XLR® 630 A/B is a two-component silicone compound with excellent processing properties and low viscosity. It is designed for easy handling and application. The vulcanized rubber exhibits good mechanical properties and excellent dielectric behavior. It is a ready-to-use, two-component system that provides the desired characteristics for various applications.

POWERSIL® 3525 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, ready-to-use, addition-curing compound that produces an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer upon curing. Compared to conventional silicone rubber, it shows fast curing, with curing time being reduced by 30 to 50% depending on wall thickness and available machinery and runner system. No peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® PTFE G355 is a fine agglomerated, free-flowing powder specifically designed for automatic molding, isostatic molding, and general molding techniques. These grades have high bulk density with excellent flow characteristics. Articles molded from Fluon® PTFE G350 and G355 exhibit good mechanical properties and surface finish.

These grades have high bulk density with excellent flow characteristics. Articles molded from Fluon® PTFE G350 and G355 exhibit good mechanical properties and surface finish.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® PTFE G155 is a virgin granular PTFE homopolymer. It is a fine powder grade that can be used for molding, but is mainly intended as a feedstock for making filled compounds. Its properties allow for minimal insulation thickness while also tolerating a wide range of temperatures (-180°C to 260°C) compared to other insulators.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® PTFE G163 is a virgin granular PTFE homopolymer. It is a fine powder grade used for molding but also intended as a feedstock for making filled PTFE compounds. Resin properties keep the insulation thickness to a minimum while tolerating a wider range of temperatures (-180 °C to 260 °C) than other insulators.
