AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

BIONOX® DLTDP is a dialkyl ester of thiodipropionic acid that is used as a heat stabilizer in combination with a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant.

Rostabil DDPP is an alkyl-aryl phosphite in the form of a clear, homogeneous liquid with a characteristic, delicate fragrance. It is used as a process stabilizer in plastics processing. It prevents degradation of polymer materials providing thermal and process protection. The use of Rostabil DDPP stabilizer eliminates the effect of yellowing of materials. It significantly enhances the color stability of pigment-containing materials and provides transparency to non-pigmented products.

Mittal Pigments (Mittal Group) Calcium stearate is a non-toxic stabilizer and lubricant with the molecular formula Ca(C18H35O2)2. It is an insoluble calcium salt of stearic acid. Commercially it is sold as a 50% dispersion in water or as a spray dried powder. As a food additive it is known by the E number E572.

Reagens SLX/781 is used in calendering of semi-rigid and plasticized PVC. It imparts excellent initial color, good transparency and a good long term heat stability with most types of PVC resins, showing no plate-out tendency. The addition of an epoxy compound, such as Reaflex EP/6 (about 2-4 phr), improves the long term heat stability and the weathering performance.

Shandong Chuanjun Chemical Calcium stearate can be used for lubricant and clear product. It is innocuity that can be used for PVC innocuity product. Simultaneity has nice co-operate effect when it is used with Cd stearate and Ba stearate. It can be applied to stabilizer, lubricant and demoulding agent in polyalkene. It is Indissoluble in water. soluble in hot toluene.

Shandong Chuanjun Chemical Barium stearate has good stability and lubrication, better than calcium stearate, but poorer than lead stearate. It is better if used together with cadmium, zinc and epoxy compound. It is mainly used for transparent film and flake, imitation leather, cable granule, rigid material, etc.

Shandong Chuanjun Chemical Lead stearate as the high efficiency stabilizer and lubricant in low temperature processing, it has good light stability and primary stainability control, so that it could be used widely in the rigid PVC products extrusion and injection. It is soluble in hot alcohol and aether. Indissoluble in water.

BNX DSTDP (693-36-7)is a thioether-type antioxidant that functions by scavenging peroxides formed during the thermal oxidative degradation of plastics and other organic materials. Combinations of this product with hindered phenolic antioxidants (e.g. BNX 1010) provide outstanding thermal stability in polyolefins, styrenic polymers, and engineering plastics. BNX DSTDP is non-discoloring, has good compatibility with polyolefins, styrenic polymers, and adhesives, and has low odor relative to other sulfur-based antioxidants.

Antioxidant 697 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant and metal deactivator. Antioxidant 697 protects polymers against oxidative degradation and metal catalyzed degradation during processing and in end‐use applications. This antioxidant also provides long term thermal stabilization properties. This phenolic antioxidant is an excellent, non‐discoloring, non‐staining antioxidant and thermal stabilizer with outstanding metal deactivation properties. Typical end use applications include wire and cable insulation, film and sheet manufacture as well as automotive parts. Antioxidant 697 will stabilize polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyester, EPDM, EVA and ABS. Low volatility ,Strong synergistic effect with phosphites, other phenols and thioesters, Non‐staining and non‐discoloring,FDA approved for adhesives and polymers.

Trigon Chemie Dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) is used as a catalyst in the manufacture of polyurethane and the curing of room temperature vulcanising silicon rubber. It is also used as a catalyst in the production of silane-crosslinking polyolefins. It is also used in PVC heat stabilizers.

4020(6PPD) is Rubber Antioxidant. Pure 6PPD is white solid product, and will gradually oxidize to brown solid when exposed to the air. Shandong JinChangshu New Mstar Technology JCS-106 is the stabilizer which is a solid, neutral ester wax, It is compared with pure external lubricant, the sensitivity is lower. Due to its limited compatibility, it is not recommended for soft PVC processing.
