SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN WF0061iQ compound is based on Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin utilizing ELCRIN iQ upcycling technology containing minimum 25% Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) weight content and 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant, UL94V0 and 5VA Flame Rating, Excellent Chemical Resistance. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a more sustainable FR and PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin SF2270 is a 20% Glass fiber filled, super high flow (highest flow) polyetherimide(PEI) (Tg 217°C) with internal mold release, ECO conforming, UL94 V0 listing.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PX9406P resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm. NORYL PX9406P is VDE certified IEC60335 and offers strong electrical performance at thin wall, high heat resistance, Low Warpage, low moisture absorption, and dimensional stability. This material is an excellent candidate for unattended appliance applications such as printed circuit board (PCB) holders, terminal blocks + connectors, circuit protection / relay / switches, motor end caps, control box / panels, and battery charger / fuse holders where VDE IEC60335 is required. LNP LUBRICOMP JD4901 compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 20% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

Neoflon ETFE EP-610, available in pellet and solid forms, stands out with features such as excellent flexibility, good electrical properties, and a low melting point.
