SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B is a sprayable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft conformal coating. SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B exhibits low viscosity and shear-thinning properties, making it suitable for spray applications. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation, as well as the ability for shadow curing. Additionally, it contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

CHT Group ACC15 is a low-viscosity, 1-component, condensation-curing silicone coating. The uncured product can be applied by pouring or brushing and is readily cured into a tough, transparent rubber. It can be used to coat printed circuit boards to prevent the ingress of water and environmental contaminants.

CHT Group SilSo Lite 21025 is a two-part, room-temperature, platinum-cure, self-blowing silicone foam designed for liquid dispensing. This product is ideal for potting in applications where lightweight and thermal protection are required. Its viscosity profile enables excellent flow around components, and it is excellent for potting complex parts. The chemical composition results in a cured product that is hydrolytically stable as well as reversion-resistant. The cured product provides electrical insulation and physical shock resistance for components and enables environmental protection.

Solvent-Free Conformal Coating ECC3011 is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible elastomer protective coating. ECC3011 conformal coating cures quickly in ambient conditions without the need for curing equipment, and can achieve faster tack-free time with exposure to mild heat. ECC3011 conformal coating can help reduce the potential for corrosion of electronic components, and under certain test conditions* has been found to surpass other polymers such as acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and other silicone polymers in corrosion prevention.

SC-550-LV-RT is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component, room temperature curing system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily re-workable.

SC-550-LV-TC-2 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-2 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-550-LV-TC-1 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-1 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-417 is a two-part, low viscosity, clear silicone which will cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. The cured elastomer is suited for electrical/electronic potting and encapsulating applications and provides environmental protection. It is readily pourable and can cure from room temperature to 200°C. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

Staticide® 8695 Silicone Conformal Coating provides superior corrosion protection on flexible and ridged printed circuit boards. It is the perfect choice for high-temperature applications in high-humidity environments. Although not intended for outdoor use, this product provides protection against intermittent exposure to rain and salt on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This tough, transparent coating will not fragment, chip, or crack and provides exceptional acid resistance. Its maximum dielectric strength is 1100 volts/mil.

CGSTAPE - 8958 is a anti-static treated polyimide backing and silicone adhesive offers outstanding thermal resistance and excellent electrical insulating properties. This tape is used where toughness, puncture resistance, extreme resistance to heat.

Staticide® 8699 Heat Sink Grease is used to maximize heat transfer and dissipation from electronic and electrical components. 105-48 is a flexible, semi-conductive, silicone, pressure sensitive adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. CSL Silicones CSL588 Electronic Grade Silicone Sealant / Adhesive is one part, moisture cure, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV), electronic grade 100% silicone sealant that cures to form a tough, permanently flexible rubber.
