ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2210R is a 20% Glass fiber filled, enhanced flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217°C) with internal mold release. ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 and 5VA listing. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2320 is a high-flow, 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at more than 0.5 mm. This material offers excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance up to high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC's ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature.

NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure, wall plate / switch, connector, and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCP921A is a flexible, non-reinforced, injection-moldable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) with polyolefin. It features non-halogenated flame retardant with a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 6mm. This material is ideal for over-molding applications such as plugs, strain reliefs, and connectors and has a Shore A hardness reading of 92. It has a low specific gravity, very low water absorption, and excellent dimensional stability.

LNP LUBRICOMP RFL36XXY compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL WCD801AU resin is a flexible, non-reinforced, UV stabilized extrudable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL WCD801AU resin is intended for evaluation in wire insulation and cable jacket applications in light colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 82 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, low specific gravity, and good color stability after UV weathering per ASTM D4459. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor.

This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL WCD835 resin is intended for evaluation in wire insulation and cable jacket applications in dark colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 83 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, and low specific gravity. SABIC's Specialties Business XENOY™ FR Resin ENH2900 is an injection molding grade based on a polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PC/PBT) blend. This grade features non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardants, good flow, impact modification, and improved chemical resistance, including enhanced resistance to chemicals. This grade is suitable for various applications, including building and construction for outdoor, lawn, and landscape use, as well as for electrical devices and displays, electrical components, and infrastructure.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL WCA955 resin is a flexible, non-reinforced injection moldable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene (SEBS) + Polyolefin. This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 6mm. FLEX NORYL WCA955 resin is intended for evaluation in over-molding applications such as plugs, strain reliefs, and connectors. FLEX NORYL WCP761 resin is intended for evaluation in over-molding applications such as plugs, strain reliefs, and connectors. SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ ENH3500 is an unreinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0@0.80mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.
