ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without damage.

Black Flexible Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 834FX is a 2-part, flame-retardant, thermally conductive, fexible epoxy resin that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. 838AR adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. It is also perfect for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metal-filled conductive paint would cause malfunction.

It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Super Shield™ Silver Coated Copper Epoxy Conductive Paint 843ER is a 2-part epoxy-based conductive paint, pigmented with highly conductive silvercoated copper flake. The cured paint is smooth and extremely hard. It is abrasion, scratch, and mar resistant. It adheres very strongly to plastics, including chemically resistant and low energy plastics, as well as metal, glass, ceramic and wood. 843ER is generally used to provide extremely durable EMI/RFI shielding for applications in harsh environments.

Highly Conductive Silver Coating for EMI Shielding Semiconductor Packages 842UR is a 1-part, heat-cured, silver polyurethane coating. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842UR is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

844WB is a one-part, clear, water-based ESD paint made from a high quality aliphatic polyester urethane latex. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. This non flammable, low odor, low VOC coating is used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures. 844WB can be applied by roller, brush, manual and selective spray equipment.

ECC3051S conformal coating cures quickly in ambient conditions without the need for curing equipment, and can achieve faster tack-free time with exposure to mild heat. ECC3051S conformal coating can help reduce the potential for corrosion of electronic components, and under certain test conditions* has been found to surpass other polymers such as acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and other silicone polymers in corrosion prevention.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

They cure to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants differ somewhat in physical properties including consistency.

RTV103 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. RTV102, RTV103, RTV106, RTV108, RTV109, RTV112, RTV116 and RTV118 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. Since all these sealants utilize a moisture cure system, they must not be used in thicknesses of greater than 6mm (1/4 in.). Where section depths exceed 6mm (1/4 in.), Momentive Performance Materials one component, addition cure or two-component silicone rubber compounds are recommended.

RTV162 adhesive sealants from Momentive Performance Materials are one-component, ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealants. They cure to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants differ somewhat in physical properties including consistency.

8329TFF is a 2-part, flame retardant, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 5-minute working time. It is an off white, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal glue is often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs and other electronics components. This product has a very short working time. For a longer working time, use 8349TFM or 8329TFS.

Thermal Adhesive 8349TFM is a 2-part, flame retardant, thermally conductive epoxy adhesives. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal adhesive is most often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs and other electronics components. For a shorter working time, use 8329TFF. For a longer working time, use 8329TFS.

8329TFM is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive. It is dark gray, smooth, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips, and automatic dispensing systems. For a faster working life, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TFS.
