PLASTICYL™ PA1503 is a conductive masterbatch based on polyamide 6 loaded with 15% of Nanocyl’s MWCNTs (NC7000™). Because of its high flow, PLASTICYL™ PA1503 is ideal for injection molding and extrusion processes.

XRD1018 is a two component, room temperature cure semi-flexible, flame retardant, epoxy system. The system was developed for potting/casting of electrical and electronic components. its use of non-abrasive fillers and convenient 1 to 1 ratio by volume, make it ideal for use in machine dispensing equipment. This product meets ul94-v0 in house flammability testing.

MECOSTAT-3/549 is a highly effective liquid, water-based additive for antistatic finishing ofexpandable polystyrene and polypropylene.Due to the fact that the material is not corrosive (content of Chlorides, Sulfates, Nitrates,Phosphates etc. is < 10 ppm), it is well suited for applications in electronic packing.The antistatic agent acts even at a low relative humidity and provides a stable, permanentantistatic finishing for several years.

Bewi A-910P is an expandable polystyrene grade containing pentane as a blowing agent. It is a special, antistatic grade. The products are delivered in the form of spherical beads with a bulk density of about 0.6 g/cm3 and is available in 1100 kg octabins.

PLASTICYL™ PP2001 is a conductive masterbatch based on polypropylene loaded with 20% of Nanocyl’s MWCNTs (NC7000™). Because of its low viscosity and high flow, PLASTICYL™ PP2001 is ideal for injection molding and extrusion processes.

BC 9060 is a blue colored, two-component, flowable compound that, regardless of thickness or confinement, cures at room temperature or by application heat. The cured rubber is high strength and high tear with good elongation. BC9060 is a mold-making material recommended for repetitive production of intricate shapes cast in epoxy or urethane resins. It is also used in potting of electronic components and in protecting sensitive assemblies against thermal shock and vibration.

BC 9020 is a violet colored, two-component, flowable compound that, regardless of thickness or confinement, cures at room temperature. The cured rubber is high strength and high tear with good elongation. In addition, BC 9020 features low viscosity, low durometer, and resistance to sulfur clays. BC 9020 is a mold making material designed for the manufacture of flexible molds. These rubber molds are recommended for the use in repetitive production of intricate shapes cast from epoxy or urethane resins. These molds are also used in the potting of electronic components and in protecting sensitive assemblies against thermal shock and vibration.

CLI4161 is a solventless, low viscosity, two component, polyurethane casting system, specifically designed for casting transformers, coils and electronic components. This product is especially suitable for encapsulating low and middle voltage power and instrument transformers where cushioning of the core is not practical. The cured product has excellent thermal shock resistance.

HiFi Industrial Film SU320 Is a high clarity, high gloss, heat-stabilized polyester film manufactured by HiFi Industrial Film. It has an adhesion promoting pre-treat on both sides and is suitable for flexible circuits, membrane touch switch, specialized graphics and other applications where it is important to have the minimum level of shrinkage during processing.
