WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 is a solvent-free hydrogenpolysiloxane containing reactive Si-H groups. It is known for its fast curing properties, good release stability, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. The fast-curing properties of WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 also enable the use of a low platinum concentration.

ELASTOSIL® RT 708 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is designed for potting and coating applications and can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as through silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 708 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and offers long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C (446 °F) without sustaining any damage.

SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. This product provides excellent primer-less adhesion to many substrates and is used as a multipurpose glue and for textile coatings, e.g. antislip coatings.

SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and exhibits very low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. This product offers fast curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -100 °C to +200 °C. Additionally, it has a low ion content, ensuring high purity in applications.

POWERSIL® GEL A/B is a pourable, two-component silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to form a transparent, very soft silicone gel. The resulting vulcanizate exhibits excellent mechanical damping properties, providing effective vibration absorption. Additionally, this gel is non-bleeding, ensuring its stability and integrity over time.

ELASTOSIL® RT 563 is a pourable, room-temperature-vulcanizing, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber. It exhibits excellent flow and high hardness. This product is specifically designed for encapsulating electronic components. To initiate the curing process, Catalyst T37 can be added for longer pot lives and curing times, or Catalyst T40 for shorter pot lives and curing times.

WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. This product offers inherent tack and possesses excellent mechanical damping properties. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, WACKER SilGel® 613 exhibits rapid UV curing at room temperature while maintaining a long pot life.

ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material with resistance against casting resins, making it suitable for various applications such as encapsulation of electronic components, all-round potting compound, and mold making in reproduction molding.

POWERSIL® GEL C 670 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to a soft silicone gel. The gel is filled with a special lightweight filler, resulting in low density and compressibility. This unique compressibility makes the material suitable for applications in closed instruments without pressure compensation containers.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B is a low-viscosity, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. This product undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in the formation of a highly flexible and very soft silicone gel. It boasts a rapid heat curing process, allowing for efficient production times. With its remarkably low hardness, WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B provides the desired silicone gel consistency. Additionally, this silicone rubber offers a crystal-clear appearance.

ELASTOSIL® RT 604 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing two-part silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a highly transparent, flowable material with very low viscosity. This two-component general-purpose encapsulant features rapid heat cure, low hardness, and a crystal-clear appearance.

ELASTOSIL® RT 602 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits a medium hardness and excellent heat stability. This product is suitable as a general purpose encapsulant.

SEMICOSIL® 917 is a shear-thinning, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel when mixed with ELASTOSIL® CAT PT, ELASTOSIL® CAT PT-F, ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, or SEMICOSIL® 950 UV B. It offers fast curing at room temperature when combined with Catalyst PT-F, and it provides a long pot life at room temperature when used with Catalyst PT.

POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a tough high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and minimizing the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B demonstrates pronounced inherent tack and excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight. The soft silicone gel can continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 160°C (320°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W is a flowable, one-part, heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 675 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 1:1 mixing ratio. It features a very high hardness (Shore A) and excellent heat stability. This silicone rubber is particularly known for its high thermal conductivity, making it ideal for the encapsulation of electronic components.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

ELASTOSIL® RT 601 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It has a two-part formulation with a 9:1 mixing ratio. This product features low viscosity, medium cured hardness, and excellent tensile strength. The vulcanizate obtained is crystal clear and highly transparent. It is suitable for various applications such as all-round potting compound and the manufacture of molded articles through casting.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 displays pronounced inherent tack and excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC is a flowable one-part silicone rubber for potting or coating applications, and it is particularly suitable for the surface impregnation of porous natural materials. When exposed to air moisture, the product cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good mechanical and release properties. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C without damage.

ELASTOSIL® E91 Transparent is a self-leveling silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Curing can be accelerated in a steam oven. It is a multipurpose glue for textile coatings, e.g. antislip coatings.

Upon drying and curing, it forms a high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, this product ensures a convenient and precise blending process. It exhibits rapid curing properties and retains a low hardness.
