Polynt Group BMC RF 10/20 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 10/20. BMC RF 10/20 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Resinoid 1550 is a milled glass and mineral reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical properties. This product has been specifically formulated at a 2.47 specific gravity. This material comes in pelletized form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Haysite Reinforced Plastics 30000 are sold commercially to other injection, compression, and transfer molders for use in various applications and also used internally for our compression molded applications. Properties include are arc and track resistance, corrosion resistance, low profile, high temperature, and wear resistance.

Resinoid 1328 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for applications requiring exceptional tensile strength such as grinding wheels. Resinoid 1328 exhibits excellent electrical and thermal properties as well as dimensional stability. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Resinoid 2002-C5 is a fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It has improved heat distortion and dimensional stability. It has been formulated to exhibit excellent wear resistant properties. It is available in bulk form and is recommended for compression or transfer molding.

Voltoid® S-350 is a cellulose based electrical barrier and insulation material that has Underwriters Laboratories’ flame classification of 94 V-0. S-350 is UL approved for continuous service at 90˚C (electrical and mechanical). It has a combination of firmness with flexibility that makes it well suited for a number of uses. S-350 die cuts cleanly without excessive die wear. It can be fabricated by creasing, cut scoring, forming, and can be printed.

menzolit® SMC 0160 is a sheet molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is compression molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. It does not contain any halogens nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

Quantum Composites QC-8560 is a vinyl ester chopped E-glass fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density.

Urochem Molding Compound 371 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin reinforced with highly refined cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits high apparent density and very good melt-flow. It provides glossy surface, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. Urochem Molding Compound 371 is designed for processing by compression molding. It is suitable for electrical accessories, sanitary products, caps and closures. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Its shelf life is of 6 months below 20°C.

Quantum Composites QC 7810FR is a polyester ESC® molding compound designed for compression molding of components requiring high structural strength and flame resistance. It is suggested for applications subject to impacts of rough handling. This is a halogen free fire retardant system.

Resinoid 2020 is a fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It exhibits excellent moldability in transfer molding. It possesses excellent dimensional stability and impact strength properties. It is available in bulk form and is recommended for compression or transfer molding.

StarPCS™ SBMC-601 is a discontinuous carbon fiber reinforced molding compound containing carbon fiber, a vinyl substituted polysiloxane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-601 cures at temperatures between 180-250o C and functions as a high temperature carbon fiber reinforced structure with a silicon oxycarbide ceramic. Curing produces a green fiber reinforced composite material. Further processing to 850o C (minimum) in inert gas results in an amorphous silicon oxycarbide matrix ceramic composite that can be used as a pre-form for use with different infiltration polymers or materials. Ideal infiltration polymers include Polyramic® SPR-688 or SPR-212 based slurries (SL-227, SL-480), and other Starfire® Systems polysiloxane products.

AMC® 8593HT is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 3K tow.

It exhibits low shrinkage, low water absorption and high strength. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is designed for processing by compression molding. Urochem Molding Compound 161 is suitable for circuit breakers and electrical accessories. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.
