SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-LOY D3000IEU6 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) Copolymer that has been designed towards ATEX compliant applications requiring antistatic. The material has an optimized balance between surface resistivity and impact strength retention after hydro aging, and has excellent low temperature impact. The material is available in a wide range of dark and light colors, including UV stabilization. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft silicone elastomer. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A has a mixing ratio of 10:1 for its two parts and exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation. The cured elastomer has low hardness (Shore 00). Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

SILRES® MK Flakes is a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin with good solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® MK Flakes is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® MK Flakes has the lowest carbon content of all WACKER silicone resins and thus yields a very high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® MK Flakes show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® MK Flakes also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

SILRES® MK Powder is a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin with good solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Additionally, SILRES® MK Powder is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. When fully cured, SILRES MK POWDER has the lowest carbon content among all WACKER silicone resins, resulting in a high ash content when pyrolized. They can be continuously exposed to changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures exceeding 300 °C (572 °F). ELASTOSIL® CAT UV is a room-temperature curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that can be used as an organometallic catalyst for addition-curing two-part silicone rubber grades. This versatile product enables fast UV curing at room temperature while maintaining a long pot life.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ 7310 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade exhibits good surface appearance, high ductility, and good impact resistance along with low moisture absorption, creep resistance, dimensional stability, and hydrolytic stability. NORYL™ 7310 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SEMICOSIL® 950 UV B is used in combination with SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A as a sprayable, addition-curing, 2-part silicone rubber of low viscosity that cures extremely fast after activation by UV light exposure to a soft silicone elastomer. The applied mixture offers a process control option by UV light (it contains a UV tracer).

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

This addition-curing formulation cures at room temperature, resulting in a soft, flexible, and tacky rubber with outstanding thermal conductivity properties.

SILRES® H 44 is a powdered, condensation-curing phenyl silicone resin with excellent solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Due to its compatibility with organic resins, SILRES® H 44 can also be used to modify or partly replace phenolic resins in the respective compounds. Compared to other silicone resins, SILRES® H 44 cures relatively quickly at elevated temperatures. It is therefore particularly suitable for fully automated production lines.

SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC2 A/B is a thermal conductive gap filler silicone material used in heat sink applications for the electronics industry. It is a shear-thinning, easy-dispensing, non-slump, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. This material is specifically designed to enhance heat dissipation and provide efficient thermal management in electronic devices. SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC2 A/B is ideal for filling gaps and ensuring effective heat transfer in heat sink applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ FR Resin ENH4560 is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0 rating at 0.80 mm and a 5VA/5VB rating at 1.5 mm. This material is a suitable option for applications that require a sustainable flame-retardant PBT solution.

SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B is a sprayable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft conformal coating. SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B exhibits low viscosity and shear-thinning properties, making it suitable for spray applications. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation, as well as the ability for shadow curing. Additionally, it contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

SEMICOSIL® 9672 TC is a thermally conductive gap filler silicone material designed for heat sink applications in the electronics industry. It is a shear-thinning, non-slump, two-part silicone gel that cures at room temperature to a soft gel with excellent thermal conductivity.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ NHP6012 resin is a 10% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a CTI 2 and UL94 flame rating of V0 at 1.5mm for thin-wall molding capability. NORYL™ NHP6012 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits high flow, high heat resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption and very low specific gravity. This material is an excellent candidate for appliance internals, indoor and outdoor electrical and electrical vehicle (EV) battery modules/housings.

ELASTOSIL® R 500/70 OH is a peroxide-cured high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for general-purpose applications. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N1150 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm. NORYL™ N1150 resin offers heat resistance, good impact resistance, low specific gravity, and dimensional stability. It is an excellent candidate for a variety of automotive instrument panel applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL NH6020 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) designed for high heat resistance and thin-wall FR performance. This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL NH6020 resin passes VDE/DIN 475 part 815 testing, Ball Pressure Test (BPT) at 125C, GWFI 960C at 1, 2, 3mm, GWIT 825C at 1mm, and CTI >600V making this an excellent candidate for unattended appliance components where EN/IEC 60335 applies. LNP LUBRICOMP RFL36XXZ compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

NORYL™ NHP6011 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits high impact, high heat resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption and very low specific gravity. This material is an excellent candidate for electrical vehicle (EV) battery modules/housings.

LNP KONDUIT DTK22 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing minerals. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive and Electrically Insulative.

WACKER® Catalyst T 77 is a standard curing agent specifically designed for condensation curing RTV-2 silicones. When combined with base compounds from the ELASTOSIL® RT or ELASTOSIL® M series, it forms a durable and self-bonding silicone rubber upon curing. This catalyst is in the form of a non-slump paste, ensuring ease of application. It is recommended to use a mixing ratio of 10:1 with the base compounds for optimal results.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL1413T polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a transparent injection molding grade. This resin offers excellent low temperature (-30 °C) ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1413T resin is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications. CHT Group QSil 553 is a 2-component silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It offers good protection against chemicals, environmental contamination, mechanical shock, vibration, and impact damage. It can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. The cured elastomer can be repaired. The component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed, either by hand or machine.

Aegis® PIR-H35ZI resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H35ZI, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-H35ZI resin is an unfilled, low viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt flow properties for filling thin sections and reduced cycle times. Aegis® PIR-H35ZI homopolymer exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® PIR-H8202NLB resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H8202NLB, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-H8202NLB resin is an unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated, nylon 6 homopolymer. It exhibits good strength, stiffness, and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H95ZI resin is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for high-strength monofilament and multifilament applications with typical filament tenacities of 5.0-9.0 gpd
