Transparent, high flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C)

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

ULTEM™ Resin 4211 is a 20% Glass fiber filled and PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming.

ULTEM™ Resin DT1810EVUCL has improved ductility, transparent, enhanced flow Polyetherimide blend (Tg 200C) with internal mold release and enhanced ductility.

ULTEM™ Resin 4002 is a PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL 94 V0 and 5VA listing in recognized colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP FARADEX NX07344 compound is based on Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend containing stainless steel fiber and glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: EMI/RFI shielding, Electrically Conductive, Non-Brominated and Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ CN5260 resin is a 50% mineral and glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2mm and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ CN5260 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and high rigidity. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PCN2910 resin is a 35% glass fiber and mineral reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2.3mm, V0 at 3mm, and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ PCN2910 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low specific gravity, and Low Warpage. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications where high modulus and tight tolerance molding are required.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ HM4025H resin is a 40% glass and mineral reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This high flow, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame ratings of 5VB and V1. NORYL™ HM4025H resin exhibits good dimensional stability, Low warpage, and low moisture absorption. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis and other consumer electronic components.

NORYL NF1520 is a compound based on PPE+PS resin containing 20% Glass Fiber and 15% PTFE. Added feature of this grade is Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL329E compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 10% carbon fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Flame Retardant, Wear Resistant, Easy Molding.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ DE0021E compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 10% carbon fiber. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding, Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant, Electrically Conductive.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ DEL139P compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 15% carbon fiber, 5% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Exceptional Processing, Flame Retardant, Wear Resistant.
