Arboblend® V2 combines a great number of material types and a wide range of property profiles. The materials on offer are up to 100% bio-based. Depending on the formula, ARBOBLEND® materials contain biopolymers such as polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), polycaprolactone (PCL), polyester (e.g. bio-PET), starch, polylactic acid (PLA), bio-polyolefins (bio-PE), bio-polyamides (bio-PA), lignin, natural resins, natural waxes, natural oils, natural fatty acids, cellulose, organic additives and natural reinforcing fibers. ARBOBLEND® materials are designed to be biodegradable or resistant depending on the intended application. Biodegradability is a property that offers an additional benefit in applications such as urns, plant aids, mulch films and many other uses.

NUDEC®PC polycarbonate plastic sheets are outstanding for their impact strength and high temperature resistance. For this reason, they are often used for applications in sectors such as construction (roofing, cladding, antivandal urban furniture), security (shields and protective masks, vehicle armor, lamps protection) or the industrial safety sector (protection for machinery, personal protective equipment).

XINOMER® PP HFFR 1409 is a flame retardant booster system that increases the flame-retardant effect in halogen free, flame retardant, thermoplastic compounds even at low addition levels. The HFFR products are available with various base resins for both injection molding and extrusion applications.

Syntegum Flam R 1100ZY V2 241(b) is polypropylene based compounds, filled with talc, calcium carbonate, mica, wollastonite, reinforced with glass fiber, modified with elastomers for automotive, household and textile applications. It is also available as self-extinguishing compounds (V0 or V2 class), with halogens (KX, HJ) or halogen-free (ZY).

Toray Toyolac® TP88 is an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) product. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America. Characteristics includess flame rated, flame retardant, antistatic and wear resistant.

INNOPOL® CS 2-4630 FR is a halogen-free flame retarded polypropylene block-copolymer compound. This grade is available in nature and custom colored form.

Tarnamid® T- 27 GF20 FRV0 is a polyamide 6 containing 20% glass reinforced, heat stabilized, flame retardant.

It is flame retarded polyamide 6 compound, halogen and phosphorous free, good electrical properties. ISO 1874-1: PA 6, MFR, 14-040

Urochem Molding Compound 161 by BI-QEM is a highly refined cellulose reinforced urea formaldehyde resin. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits low shrinkage, low water absorption and high strength. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is designed for processing by compression molding. Urochem Molding Compound 161 is suitable for circuit breakers and electrical accessories. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.

DuraPro ABS Silver was specially developed for industrial applications and is characterized by its high process reliability. It is ideally suited for the production of mechanically highly stressed components. The material is electrically insulating. DuraPro ABS is optimized in regards to good layer adhesion, thermal stability, better flow properties and lower warping tendencies. The raw material is approved according to the REACH-, RoHS- and FDA-Standards.

Mar-Bal MB3000-20NY is a superior chemical-resistant material with excellent flame and track resistance.

Urochem Molding Compound 134 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin with melamine resin. It is filled with cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is designed for processing by injection molding. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Urochem Molding Compound 134 is recommended for electrical components such as sockets, lamp holders, and domestic circuit breakers. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C.

NEOLAC ABS FR is a flame retardant. Under the brand name NEOLAC, Godiplast offers ABS compounds that are particularly characterized by their heat resistance, low shrinkage, scratch resistance and high rigidity.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflow® / LCP MM140 FE 180404 is an LCP reinforced with 40% mineral with very high heat resistance. The material is characterized by the following properties: good flowability with thin walls, very good toughness and strength, inherently flame retardant, high heat resistance (HDT ~ 270 °C), good chemical resistance.
