Trapylen® 9200 W is an adhesion promoter based on acrylic modified, chlorine- free polypropylene dissolved in water. It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic substrates. It is especially developed to improve surface tension of treated and untrea- ted films, folls, foams and even molded parts of PP, PE, polyolefinic blends, a.o. The increase of wetting properties permits the bonding, printing, flocking and painting of such substrates. TRAPYLEN® 9200 W can be occassionally used as adhesion promoter incorporated in adhesives, inks and paints in case of sufficient compatibility.

Trapylen® 9350 W serves as a versatile adhesion promoter or primer for film applications. It can be applied through spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing methods. This adhesion promoter is formulated with chemically modified polypropylene dissolved in water, exhibiting exceptional compatibility with polyolefin substrates. Specifically designed to enhance surface tension on treated and untreated PP, PE, and polyolefin blend films, foils, foams, and molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 4910/500 MR10 is a polypropylene homopolymer that is processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C, containing 10% talcum and being processing stabilized and easy release (demolding). It is used in the market segments of packaging, furniture, building and construction, and is suitable for injection molded parts, interior decoration/finishing. Typical applications include racking/shelving, household goods, housings, and functional components. To ensure a good quality of the product, it should be stored in a cool, dark place, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PP 1000 AG 17005 is a pre-dried polypropylene copolymer containing a hygienic filler/additive system. The material is white, similar to RAL 9003, and has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It is suitable for use in packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building, and construction applications. Injection molding of the material should be done with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. The material should be stored and handled in a tightly sealed environment.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/100 GF20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers, offering easy release (demolding), slip agent, and heat stabilized properties. It is suitable for furniture and various injection molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions should include drying in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be between 20-70°C. Additionally, the material should be stored dry and in a place where the temperature does not exceed 30°C and is protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PP 1000 AG 14079 is a polypropylene homopolymer with a hygienic material filler/additive system and natural color. It has antibacterial features according to ISO 22196 and is suitable for applications in packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction. Typical applications include sanitary articles, hygiene products, kitchenware, functional components, housings, handles, containers, and caps/closures.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/3 BS73 is a polypropylene random copolymer with special features of high density, high acoustic damping, and increased X-Ray contrast. It is used in the furniture, packaging, and personal care market segments, and typical applications include fixing elements and housings. Processing is done via injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature of 20-90°C. For optimal performance, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4925/500 MR25 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 25% talcum filler/additive system that is heat-stabilized, easy to release (demold), and processing-stabilized. This material is suitable for injection molding at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C and is used in the market segments of furniture, building and construction, and automotive for injection molded parts and interior decoration/finishing. Typical applications include functional components, housings, and fixing elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 2012/500 GF12 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer pre-dried in an air circulating dryer or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer. The melt temperature for processing injection molding is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. The filler/additive system is 12% glass fibers, chemically coupled, heat stabilized, with an easy release (demolding) and slip agent. The market segment for this material is Furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, and various. The application area is for household goods and domestic appliances and the typical applications are furniture profile and racking/shelving.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PP 3030 14029 is a polypropylene with 30% glass beads, hygienic material and gray color, featuring antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It is used in the packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction markets. Typical applications include sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, kitchen ware, functional components, housings, handles, fittings, containers, and caps/closures. Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-90°C, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PP 1000 18038 is a pre-drying condition polypropylene copolymer with a hygienic material filler/additive system and a silver, metallic color similar to RAL 9022 and RAL 9023. It has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196, and is used in packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building, and construction applications such as sanitary articles, hygiene products, kitchen ware, functional components, housings, handles, containers, and caps/closures. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/9 MRX80 is a polypropylene random copolymer pre-dried in dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures between 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. It contains a special filler and has a high density, making it ideal for use in furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. This material can be used for injection molded parts such as fixing elements and should be processed with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-90°C.

Tasnee PP H4220M is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 22 g/10min.

TALENE M3025 N01 is a 30% talc filled polypropylene homopolymer with good processability and high stiffness. The product is available in natural color. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

TALENE M2028 N02 is a 20% mineral filled polypropylene homopolymer with good processability and stiffness. The product is available in natural color It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications. It is suitable for furniture applications.

Terratek® WC200312 is a proprietary blend of wood flour and polypropylene. WC200312 contains 30% wood flour by weight.

Tasnee PP H4120 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 12 g/10min. Tasnee PP H4120 has good gloss, excellent flow and good mechanical properties.

SAHARA C 190HM is a nucleated impact copolymer, suitable for injection molding applications, and contains an anti-static agent. It exhibits a high stiffness combined with a medium fluidity. Sahara C 190HM is extensively used in housewares, furniture, cylindrical containers and crate. This grade is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

UV Stabilized, Injection molding grade. Applications includes Commonly used as a concentrate. High flow for thin wall parts requiring long-flow. Toys, small appliances, outdoor furniture.

TALENE M1025N02 is a 10% mineral filled polypropylene homopolymer with good flow and high stiffness. It has good long term heat aging resistance. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

Terratek® NF2050 is a proprietary blend of sisal fiber and reprocessed polypropylene for injection molding applications. NF2050 contains 15% sisal fiber by weight.

UV Stabilized. Applications includes Shelving.

SAHARA C 160HM is a nucleated heterophasic copolymer, suitable for injection molding applications, and contains an anti-static agent. It exhibits a high stiffness combined with a medium fluidity. Sahara C 160HM is extensively used in housewares, furniture, cylindrical containers and crate. This grade is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Tasnee PP H4260M is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 26 g/10min.
