Terratek® WC200140 is a proprietary blend of wood flour and biobased polyethylene for injection molding applications. WC200140 contains 15% wood flour and with Braskem GreenPE this formulation is fully biobased.

ULTRALUBE® CT 1775 is fine particle sized wax dispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous dispersion of HDPE wax.

CAPXIDAN® LG is a modified copolymer produced with a proprietary, patent pending formulation. It is designed to be coextruded over Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) deckboards to provide moisture, stain and wear resistance, esthetics, low gloss, durability at elevated temperatures, and unprecedented adhesion to the WPC substrate. CAPXIDAN® LG is a two-component capstock system. The CAPXIDAN® resin should be extruded together with a specific synergistic additive masterbatch in the recommended proportion of 98:2 by weight.

Densetec® Partition Board is the ideal partition material for a wide variety of commercial applications such as schools, parks, stadiums, office buildings and airports. The durability of our material makes it immune to such problems as vandalism and constant traffic. In addition, the material is totally unaffected by water and humidity preventing it from shrinking, expanding, bowing, warping or delaminating in any way whatsoever. It is resistant to markings by pens, pencils, most markers and paints and cleans with ordinary household detergent or solvents for more stubborn stains. Minor surface damage can easily be repaired. Finally, the material does not have to be painted and is virtually maintenance free.

Michem® Emulsion 67235 - A phenol free additive best used in water based coatings where improved slip, rub resistance, hardness and/or block resistance is needed. It has proven very effective for mar resistance in floor polish formulations, as well as mar resistance and shine in car polish formulations.

Michem® Guard 7140 - A water-based dispersion provides block, rub, and abrasion resistance, and matting in pigmented and semi-gloss coatings, inks, and overprint varnishes. It also produces smooth satin finishes at a 5-10% addition rate.

Michem® Emulsion 93935 - A phenol and formaldehyde-free additive imparts black heel resistance, toughness, buffability, and mar and scuff resistance for floor polish formulations. It also imparts durability, block, mar and scratch resistance in paint and varnish formulations.

Yparex® 0F0002 is a family of maleic-anhydride-(MAH)-functionalised polyolefins. For each of its many application areas Yparex® has suitable grades. The grades are characterized by density and melt flow index, melting temperature and the level of functional groups. Functionality for the varying application range is also obtained by using a large array of different base polymers and production technologies. Optirub™ SP1 A is a finely, micronized blend of tough polyethylene wax and premium grade PTFE. Optirub SP1 A is processed to a 6 micron average particle size and formulated to give a high degree of surface lubricity and rub resistance in inks and coatings. Addition levels range from 0.5 to 3%, depending upon application requirements.

C.I.E.R R-HDPE is a type of HDPE derived from post-consumer container, mainly used in the production of membranes, pipes and items for street forniture.

Beobase 25 PE INJ026 features visual wood fiber, high stiffness HDPE.

Rezimac® WR 73-7358 is an air-dry modified polyolefin for penetrating stains on vertical wood surfaces. It can be easily formulated into coatings that exhibit excellent application characteristics, drying properties, early water resistance and package stability. Manufactured in North America. Revolve M-711 is a rotational molding polyethylene general purpose grade designed to provide antistatic properties and still maintain a wide processing window, excellent mouldability and good impact strength. The grade is suitable for food contact applications. This grade is fully UV stabilized.

Michem® Emulsion 91240G provides excellent anti-blocking, scratch and mar resistance as well as gloss in inks, coatings and overprint varnishes .

Beocycle PE INJ222 UV OceanIX features oceanix, UV stabilized.

ADDAPT WaxMul WM 110 is a wax emulsion based on a balanced blend of Polyethylene and Paraffin waxes giving water repellent properties as well as a matting effect. It is an emulsion of Polyethylene and Paraffin waxes in water.

POWDER™ PE R 4938 is used in Street Furniture, Constructions (road barriers, rubbish chutes), Furniture (lamps, coat racks, chairs), Treatment of water (tanks, reservoirs, silos) and pots.

The material is manufactured by extruding one color on the inside and a contrasting color on the outside. The layers are combined while the material is still molten. The result is a homogeneous sheet that is guaranteed not to delaminate, crack or chip. It is superior to other sign materials, which are separate layers of material laminated together. Densetec® Sign Board is easily routed or engraved using current CNC router technology. As the skin of the material is removed by the router, the inside color shows through and, voila, a sign is easily fabricated with minimum finishing requirements. The material does not have to be painted because the color is embedded into the sheet. The durable textured finish resists scratches and marring. The product is UV stabilized to resist deterioration in harsh outdoor environments, making it the perfect signage material.

Chengdu Silike Technology LYSI-301 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in low density polyethylene (LDPE ).
