Polymer is TDAE oil extended and stabilized with staining antioxidant. The polymer contains no nitrosamines and substances that may become a source of nitrosamines.

Maprene 6430 is a styrene copolymers and solvents-based adhesive & is sprayable. Applied in the footwear industry, in bonding leather or fabric linings and in the furniture industry in bonding foams and upholstery. Toluene free and with 2% hexane content.

Solprene 303 is a linear random-block styrene-butadiene copolymer with 46% styrene content, 11% present as a polystyrene block.Solprene 303 is used in vulcanized microcellular shoe soles; it provides hardness and can be combined with inorganic fillers using high concentration of them with good dispersion in compounding. It can be blended with other rubbers to reduce die swell and increase processability in extruded and molded goods by compression.It can replace E-SBR 1009 and 1018 types.

EVERLON® TY-60 is a common grade with base on SBS. It has excellent bonding with PS and HIPS.

Calprene 419 is a 70/30 butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and has a radial structure.This product is available in: - Calprene 419 porous crumb. - Calprene 419M powder form dusted with amorphous silica.

Calprene H6120 is a 68/32 ethylene-butylene/styrene thermo-plastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and having a linear structure with excellent ozone resistance. Kraton D4150 K is a linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and butadiene with a polystyrene content of 31%. It is supplied from North America in the physical form identified below. Kraton D4150 KT - supplied as a dusted porous pellet Kraton D4150 KU - supplied as an undusted porous pellet Kraton D4150 K is used as a modifier of bitumen and polymers. It is also suitable as an ingredient in formulating compounds for footwear applications, molded and extruded goods applications and may be used in formulating adhesives, sealants, and coatings.

Calprene 710 is a 70/30 linear structure butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution.This product is presented in porous pellet form that allows rapid oil absorption.It is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant system (free of TNPP), that is FDA approved for use in food contact applications. It is essentially gel free and very transparent.

Calprene 718 is a new 75/25 butadiene/styrene Thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and having a radial structure.This product is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant system, essentially gel free with a very clear color.Calprene 718 offers good processability and develops softer compounds when compared to other linear SBS grades. This grade has a 10% of diblock content.Calprene 718 is supplied in porous pellets.

Hot polymerized SBR 1009C is recommended for use in calendared products and extruded mechanical goods. It is also widely used in sealants and adhesives.

Calprene 501 is a 69/31 butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and having a linear structure.This product is available in: - Calprene 501 porous crumb. - Calprene 501C porous pellet. - Calprene 501M powder form dusted with amorphous silica.

Calprene 500 is a 70/30 butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and having a linear structure.This product is presented in porous pellets and has excellent optical properties due to its clarity.It is stabilized with a non staining antioxidant system FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color.C-500 is used in adhesive formulation, in thermoplastic injected shoe sole formulations, and transparent compounds.

Calprene 7318 is a linear block copolymer of styrene and butadiene, having 32% styrene content, most of it forming a polystyrene block, which gives the polymer a thermoplastic behavior.It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color.Calprene 7318 is BHT* and nonylphenol free SBS, according to existent food contact regulations (Europe and America)Calprene 7318 is specially designed for technical compounds and adhesives.It is presented as free flowing porous crumb making easy its handling and dissolution.*(BHT content in pure polymer less than 30ppm).

Solprene 1433 is a linear random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer having 45% of styrene content, 33% present as a polystyrene block.Solprene 1433 is a SSBR copolymer that provides low shrinkage and dimensional uniformity at the final product in vulcanized compounds. It also maintains an excellent balance of high hardness and oil absorption; therefore it is possible to increase the extender oil in formulation to reduce costs without losing in quality and properties.It is a polymer of high purity, essentially free of gel and with a light color. It has a non-staining antioxidant system.

Emulprene 1006CR is a crumb hot emulsion styrene-Butadiene copolymer, polymerized using a fatty acid emulsifier and coagulated with salt-acid. It is a very light color product stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant, and presented as free flowing dusted crumb which eliminates the end for size reduction equipment. Between 7% and 12% of Calcium Carbonate is used as dusting agent.

Colmant Coated Fabrics SBR Rubber Sheet is one of the best options when applied to general purposes. Compared to natural rubber, SBR shows better abrasion resistance and heat-aging properties. Though, the resilience and the physical properties tend to be lower than those of Natural Rubber.

JSR HPR840 is a grade for silica compound with low energy loss and good processability.

Hot polymerized SBR 4503C is used in construction mastics, adhesives and sealants intended for installing panels, furring strips, wood molding, plywood or hardboard. It offers a strong and instant bond that retains precise placement. It exhibits excellent shear strength and yields a stiffer film when used in tape, PSA or label application.

Kraton D1155 E is a clear, linear block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene with bound styrene of 40% mass. It is supplied from Europe in the physical form identified below. Kraton D1155 ES - supplied as porous pellets dusted with amorphous silica Kraton D1155 E is used in the modification of polymers and in compounds for technical and footwear applications. It is also used in formulating adhesives, sealants and coatings and as a modifier for bitumen.

Hot polymerized SBR 1009AFC is recommended for use in aerosol spray adhesives, mastics, sealants and other general purpose adhesive applications requiring low shrinkage, sag resistance, sprayability or trowelability.
