It is suitable for injection molding and can be used for a wide range of applications, such as seals, sealing lips, handles, racking/shelving, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, thin walled parts, profiles, cable ducts, and 2K components. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D40I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) that is used in injection molding and is available in natural color and black. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery and furniture applications, and can be used for seals, sealing lips, handles, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners, and connectors, and 2K components. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A70I 3EFSL0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer suitable for injection molding. It has improved abrasion resistance, slip-optimized, easy flow, high surface quality, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, sport and leisure, and furniture applications and can be used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lip, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, bearings and sliding elements, thin walled parts, profile, cable ducts, 2K components, and casters. It has good adhesion to various polymers and has a service temperature range of -40-125°C. The polymer should be stored dry, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, and tightly sealed.

It has high viscosity and good weathering, chemical, ozone, hot air, and hydrolysis resistance. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV CX BG1049-05 is a colorant with a light fastness blue woolscale 8, a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and a filler/additive system of light stabilizer, antioxidant. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® HTC FC WT5051-16 is a light fastness colorant with a base polymer of High Temperature Copolyester and a color of white. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has high dispersibility. Suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, the dosage for extrusion and injection molding depends on wall thickness and required color intensity. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 260-282°C, and the mold temperature should be 38-66°C. It is suitable for use in polycarbonate and is recommended for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY77-4068 is a gray-colored Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene (ABS) copolymer designed for use in injection molded and extruded parts in various applications such as electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments and has high dispersibility and additive content. The recommended dosage for extrusion is 5%, and for injection molding, it is 5%, dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity.
