HexPly® M9.6H is a hotmelt, thermosetting, low tack epoxy resin matrix, specifically designed for prepreg applications at which short cure cycles of 100°C and above are required. M9.6H can be used for manufacture of large industrial components, suitable for cure of thin and thick sections. M9.6H exhibits a long out-life at ambient conditions.

MICAM CC40 0.1 is an epoxy-glass prepreg based on a medium weave glass fabric suitable for the manufacture of tubes and low pressure moldings.

RP-802 is available in carbon and glass woven fabrics from 200 - 800 g/m2 impregnated with epoxy resin. RP-802 prepreg allows high quality tooling laminates to be produced directly from a low temperature master model permitting a wide choice of master model materials. Using a low temperature vacuum bag and autoclave process for inital cure, the tool laminate can then be demoulded for freestanding post cure.

APCM DA 4517 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 180°F (82°C) for three hour. Shorter cures times are available at higher temperatures. The system is designed to be post cured if the higher temperature service range is required.

A1048 PTFE-Glass Fabric is a Premium Grade PTFE-Glass Fabric offers optimum release and durability in harsh environments. Resinoid 1371 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for applications requiring prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures andresistance to thermal shocks.This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Toray E721-FR is a modified epoxy resin system of medium viscosity for cures at 120°C (248°F), pre-impregnated into high performance fibers such as carbon, glass, and aramid. Toray E721-FR offers excellent structural properties, flame retardancy, and exceptional toughness allowing direct lamination to honeycomb without the use of resin film. Toray E721-FR is designed for structural Applicationss in the motor racing, marine industries, and for a wide range of engineering Applicationss. If fire-retardant properties are not required, consult separate data sheet for Toray E720.

HexPly® 250 is a phenolic matrix widely used in honeycomb sandwich components for aircraft interior furnishings. The low smoke and low toxicity properties of 250 during ignition meet the requirements of FAR 25 and ATS 1000. HexPly® 250 prepreg is available in fabric reinforcements and single tows.

Natex P-Preg PP P1/1 900 is a powder-coated fabric woven from flax fibers that are pre-impregnated with thermoplastic resins. It comes as NATTEX® P-Preg, Polypropylene with 1000 mm Width and pre-preg fabrics uni-directional in natural fibers with flax of 900 g/m2.

APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

ACP Composites 8.8 oz Fiberglass 8-Harness Satin Weave RTS Prepreg is a Satin Weave EGlass fabric impregnated with a thermosetting epoxy resin system. . It is storable at room temperatures and does not require freezer storage. With the long out life of the resin matrix, the carbon fiber prepreg can be shipped and handled at room temperatures. It is ideal for use when a long shelf life is desired, high-temperature capabilities are not required and controlled resin content is wanted.
